Do I think the Drifter could defeat the Operator? No. In my opinion, not even in a 1v1. But the fact that it hasn't crossed our minds at all, with all of the business with the Lotus and the Indifference, is a bit... short-sighted.

A short sightedness that is born of trust, yes, and who's outcome would change little if we had thought of it, but it would change none the less.

It's best to be prepared than surprised, after all.

Upbringing is an extremely major part of a person, but the Operator and Drifter had wildly different lives starting from the Zariman.

Do they have similarities? Yes, yes they do. The first part of their lives were identical, and they are genetically the same. But that which came afterwards shaped them differently, to the point where I, atleast, would consider them separate individuals.

The Drifter had no reason to mistrust the Operator before the Lotus Eaters.

Void, even now I don't think they shouldn't "trust" the Operator, per say. I don't think the Operator would outright "betray" us.

It is only a subtle misguidance that can ripple out to major effects is what is truly concerning.

The Lotus is, as of right now, a wildcard.

Because of this, the Operator is also, by extension, a wildcard.

And has been since the Lotus Eaters.

The best outcome is if we regulate the Lotus and ensure she does not succumb to the Indifference, obviously.

The issue is, that it is very much not a guarantee.

And we should be ready for the worst case scenario, just in case.

Drifter isn’t as attached to Lotus so they aren’t going to be as emotionally afflicted.
Operator sees Lotus as their mother figure, so this would definitely get to them.

In an event like that though
Say the Drifter has to step in front of Operator to stop them from being too destructive

Operator will either A. Take a second. Or B. Immediately start throwing hands.

I do think it's unlikely for it to be concerned with the Lotus' death or abadoment, however. It will be far more destructive if she becomes compromised by the Indifference without it being apparent that she was compromised.

We do not know if this has changed since the Apostasy Prologue, but last we knew the Lotus wss effectively the head of all Tenno operations.

If her targets slightly change, the missions she assigns become slightly more beneficial to the Indifference, who could tell the difference?

I don't think the Tenno could, atleast.

So someone more impartial would have to, yet still someone with access to the Lotus - the Drifter.

The problem, then, would be convincing the Operator that the Lotus was truly compromised.

Considering they are, in the end, as much as I hate calling them that, children? Children who think of the Lotus as their mother, a mother they adore? I do not think it would be easy without extremely convincing evidence.

We know the different Warframes each have their own genders and pronouns they go by. For example, Styanax is he/him, Temple is they/them, etc.

Each Protoframe thus far seems to have a matching gender/pronouns as their Warframe - for example, Flare is they/them like Temple, and Arthur is he/him like Excalibur.

But I've been wondering - would it be possible for a Protoframe to have a differing gender or differing pronouns from their respective Warframe? For example, even though Titania is she/her, could a Titania Protoframe be he/him?

Sorry if this is a weird question. I've just had it in my head for a while and thought to ask about it.
