That conversation seems to be slightly bugged depending on when it shows up. The first time I encountered it, it ended immediately when I chose the line ending with 'I'm having problems reconciling the two.' Just straight up ended.
The second time it appeared, I progressed through the conversation normally. So I suspect there's at least one point where the conversation is misplaced in the 'which conversation comes up next' tree.

While it's not definitive of what his skin tone would be, it does seem to suggest it was more likely blue Albrecht.
