oh yeah
well back in the old war, a lot of tenno controlled sentient frames
Yes but look how hard for us to even go in Umbra
as ballas puts it, the tenno were able to control the otherwise insane frames
Even then, it’s not like it would do that much
The Orokin would still use her as a battery
So I think that because Jade also want to help that child
well umbra is a special case because hes a mucking nutjob with level 12 trauma
Kullervo and him would be bestie
Tbh tell me one person that actually likes Ballas, like every person in this universe hate him
what other frames have a personal hatred of ballas? probably all of them but who has been specificed to?
Once again randomly mentioning that we should have gotten an Umbra - Stalker standoff in Jade Shadows
honestly umbra and stalker would be buddies
Mirage since she laughed in his face and changed the whole Mirage concept
Maybe not while Stalker’s actively threatening us in our chair
Stalker's mind is forced to serve the Orokin, so even if he hates Ballas, he couldn't (until Jade Shadow when he regains some memories)
girldad (kullervo) feminist mother (mirage) gay daughter (yareli) and comminist dog (umbra)
Although knowing that Umbra’s a gen 1 frame would probably ease his opinion slightly
@ocean geyser im referencing a meme thats like "liberal family" or something stupid
Silly
do you think umbra would walk around listening to yareli prime's theme song
also consider that Nokko kinda Yareli bro (not actual brother), he could also have the same circumstance
I mean if headphone exist, he would
it beams music directly into your brain
even better
how else do you think the somachord works
like normal music player irl?
you lack imagination
ordis, transference me into this 2006 mp3 player
it makes a little fleshly vocal cord to produce sounds for each track of music, incinerating and remaking them each time /j
That would be pretty random lore wise, if anything, if they met now, Umbra would be giving him fatherly advice, dad bros being dad bros
Ballas affected Trauma fathers!!!!
I wonder who Entrati infected to make Qorvex or why he doesn't even look like a conventional frame if so
Qorvex seems pretty recently created I think? [After the old war]
It sounds like he just designed him, idk if that entails that he had to frame someone to do so
Which brings up questions about how we even make Qorvex
We don’t know if he was ever made
So like
???
Also yeah all frames are made during the Old War
Although he was designed for the Chosen Operator [us] for his labs
yes he was designed for us
its only ever said designed not made so I'm unsure if he ever made him or not
which begs the question if the design process requires a person
I wish we knew more about those details in regards to frame creation
Although, small question when did Albrecht know that WE were the chosen Operator or even that a chosen operator did exist?
We don't know.
he never knew WE were the chosen operator, that was the Pom-2 that figured out who that'd be
He likely planned for a chosen operator to eventually be found and programmed the Pom-2 to keep an eye out for anyone that met the requirements
which after everything we went through, yeah thats us
go read the Pom-2 logs, it goes over it
So he made Qorvex for when he was eventually found. Ok I get that 👍
But now I finally ask, why, why would Albrecht make a frame about radiation
It's intended for the lab but from my knowledge it wasn't that hostile [outside of the Necramechs decaying] until the murmer started to get inside and messing with everything so would Qorvex be required ?
Albrecht likely presumed the Murmur would make more direct assaults some day
He did hence the Kalymos Sequence
I think a good descriptor for Albrecht's actions and plans so far is a line in God of War (2018) from Mimir describing Odin:
"So you see lad, it doesn't matter that it doesn't make sense. What matters, is that he was right."
radiation does well against the Murmur
the Murmur were there somewhat prior but not to the extent they're at now
They didn't directly assault the Labs like they do now
Do you guys think Wally has not appear with a physical form because he has trauma after losing a finger?
yeah, hence "like they do now"
He regularly appears with a physical form, that's what him mimicking us and Albrecht is
the original Relic(s) was cut off when he was mimicking Albrecht
The thing is, I don't think he is physically there though
He always uses other ppl body
I mean technically you're right, but he's not really a physical being to begin with so idk how much any of his appearances count
The only time he did was when he shook our hand
He doesn't seem to have a "true" form per se, so him mimicking other people is just as much his true form as the big vitruvian man wall is
His finger is proof that he indeed has a physical form
But, my theory is, because that day is when he was just born from Albrecht's mind, he has yet to know how to use void power. That's why unlike the present, he couldn't create illusions
That finger is from when he was mimicking Albrecht
And 3s after that he just phased through us
it's as if we cut off another finger when he visits our Orbiter
What
When did this even happen?
it didn't
I'm drawing a similarity
The original Relic being cut off is no different than if we were to hypothetically cut off another finger from Wally when he shows up in our Orbiter
Mimicking someone does not mean he turns 100% flesh and bone of the being he turns into though. He barely interacted with any living being (besides shaking hands)
And when is it ever said he does that at all
I mean if you take a wider look at the Vexman, he's pretty standard for the weirdness of the average frame
Rusalka is more-so possession than mimicking
I know that
His meeting with Albrecht was him mimicking Albrecht
What I mean here is, the first time he encountered Albrecht, which is the time he was born, he did not know how to use his power yet. That's why he is not being cautious and did not create illusions like the present time. You could say that at the time, he was like a baby. I think he mimicking Albrecht is his “passive” nature, not him trying to trick Albrecht
That my pov
This is built on the assumption that the Wallform we see in TNW is an illusion?
Because like, Baro definitely shook someones hand thats for sure
Baro is in the void so
so what?
Does that somehow make wally not physical there?
Wally never left the Void when meeting Albrecht, the only part of him that did are the fingers that got cut off
I think we have a misunderstanding
I think the base assumption that Wally doesnt take a physical form outside of the void is very weak
If anything, it almost seems like him truly entering Reality is how he gains a true physical form
But besides when he touches objects like a chair, we never see him interact with a living being (unless they are already in the void, like Baro)
And the way he disappears is strange, it's like he just disintegrated. We could not touch him, and sometimes we are the only ones who can see him
I think trying to exclude when he physically touches objects severely weakens your point
its basically saying "Aside from when the sun emits sunlight, the sun isnt a bright object"
I have another theory that, because his finger is in the material world, his body is restrained by our rules, hence he is bound to Khra
I mean Rell can touch stuff in his spectral form
The finger being separated and in Reality does seem to be affecting him
rell is rell
but can you for certain say that when wally interacts with objects physically somehow he doesnt have a physical form?
that would mean that any evidence that wally has interacted with a living being physically wouldnt pass your standards for having physical form
It's kinda more like because it remind me how Le Blanc uses her “shadow clone” to interact when she is still in Noxus (in Arcane btw)
Still, I could be wrong, and we barely know how he works
Hopefully Devil Triad and Old Peace give more info
So what we're saying is, the cut finger is his tether to reality
"So long as the Indifference is missing a digit, it is confined to the strands of Khra."
I like to think that he just used a gorilla or designed the body from the ground up instead of injecting someone to get it; which is why the animations are so “basic”
Who is man in the wall and what did he say 🤔
where are you in the story
because that's somewhat important for answering that question
We first encounter it at the end of The War Within, tho it's alluded to by some lines during that quest too
👍
iirc he would have maybe made him after his 1999 excursions so he would have seen Legacytes so
that could work!
his proper intro is ofc chains
then nothin til new war
and now we in his arc
yep
well ig technically players now can have him first mentioned right after Heart of Deimos
Wym
Albrecht's Requiem logs
it's still locked behind Entrati + Necraloid ranks I think
I can’t check but someone i know couldn’t see those
A new player is unlikely to progress through that before getting to war within and chains
yeah true, but it's still possible
"technically"
Ye lol
Not this again bro
<@&778745217037238293>
:D
Thanks, whoever did that
Oh this guy’s everywhere
Account hack i guess
honestly feels bad, these are real people's accounts and they end up being banned from numerous servers because they got tricked into typing their discord password into a fake login screen
honestly a decent amount of my life is stored in my discord account. a lot of my friends i only have content to through discord
weird question but its important for my tenno character: is wrestling a thing in the lore??
like,, wwe & ufc type of wrestling companies.
Like, as a recreational sport? Nothing outright stated but it wouldn't be out of place
Frame Fighter yeah
as entertainment. like the underground fighting rings in the peaky blinders tv show.
Nothing confirmed, but it seems highly plusible some Solaris are running a rig on like some random space station
📝📝📝📝📝
ty ty!! i was gonna make it up but it helps if theres a canon possibility of underground fighting rings existing.
Conclave is technicaly a fight sport, just turned up to 11 cause Fighting with warframe powers shenanigans
yeah true
So, like 5d chess with time-travel or smt, still technicaly chess
is conclave canon to the lore? or is it just. a game mode??
Canon pretty much
It is very canon, it's Teshin training us between The Teacher and The War Within
There's also Rathuum
true Rathuum
idk since you capture enemy tennos oro which is quite literally their soul so unless they release that...
Oro lore has been de-canonized until stated otherwise
Well martial arts/hand-to-hand is big enough to have several different weapons from different factions
So there’s probably some form of it
Also dogs days is canon so... there's watersports(?) too
the beach episode event being canon to the lore is so 🥺❤
That's cause of a gas leak in Kela's ship (not kidding btw)
Beach event♥️
It's drugs effect💔
there was also an old trailer showing rhino fighting hand-to-hand with no fist weapons equipped
its definitely not canon and DE said he was supposed to have furax equipped but im sure you could punch people in the face
there is 3 entirely different melee classes dedicated to "stuff attached to your fists"
There is one VERY niche circumstance where you can fight unarmed and I'll be shocked if you know it
yeah no clue
Recovery
im a fake loreframer 😞
Recovery mission after you fail to fight off Zanuka when it's hunting you
special mission type accessed by being killed by the Zanuka Hunter
ahhh that makes sense
i started playing on the switch so ive never played a version of warframe where you could reasonaly die to zanuka hunter
Literally the mission 99% of the player base hasn’t seen
ye
Most players just one tap Zanuka
I don’t think most people know that you can be hunted by Zanuka
Even then with how many revives you get dying to the Zanuka boss fight is not even an issue
the issue is making sure Zanuka kills you as you stand there ignoring all enemies in an attempt to die
Zanuka rework when?
The only thing that kills me is Alad V flash banging me at 1:00am (why is it purely white)
imagine if alad got his hands on a valkyr prime and made a zanuka prime
Every corpus boss needs a rework 😭
True
Except for Jackal, he's cool
But corrupted jackal
Not John Prodman
Jackal is the first boss new players will ever fight
It doesn't need to be more complex
not the seargant, hes op
How do you even get John to appear?
index for an hour
vor and teshin:
Vor's proper boss is on Mercury
Teshin is true now tho, yeah
I missed Vor until I got to whispers in the wall lol
Mercury is just
That kind of planet
im gonna hazard a guess that you're probably not a new player
Isn't vor mandatory to progress like. Twice
Yeah
How many credits do you think an hour in index would give?
you fight him once during the newer version of vors prize
Less than at least 2 others ways of getting credits.
Well
I say slower.
I do just hate the arenas
Not even that iirc mars junction needs vor's node completed
yeah we get it, A B or C way of farming X Y or Z resource is so much better than the ways normies know
/j
And jupiter needs the placeholder ceres boss completed
Well
I just really really hate
The arenas. Cuz they just aren't fun.
Unnecessarily defensive for no reason
No I kinda get it.
i mean it was also just not what he asked
Index is too slow to justify doing it imo
Some people are weridly elitist and idk why.
Kinda was
Scrap you don't gotta stand up for me
index is ok for where it is. it doesnt require hella building into it
It's fine.
See I don't like PT either.
i also dont really have anything against it, i was just being a goober
Yee.
I'm not, I'm standing up for general reason
I would tell people to do disruption before index or PT.
that seems somehow more defensive
Now I'm reminded that I still gotta farm exploiter
Lul
i wouldnt, disruption is oddly difficult for early-mid level builds. i used to hate it for being so damn punishing
removal of damage attenuation doesnt help either
It do tho
not for people who are already struggling on disruption
yeah but only if you're dealing high damage
it has little affect on weaker builds. by design.
I once carried a disruption for 3 rounds with an extremely terrible broken war build on my current acc back when it was my rarely used alt acc
oh semi-off-topic but, mathematical speaking, its actually most efficient to cash in at 15 index points
But collecting all points until 1 second before end is much funnier
ok triborous
i havent checked up on trib in a while, is he still going insane over the continuous decline of CC?
Idk I haven't either
What is warframe energy in lore?
some vague form of power source
scifi nonsense batteries
I got me wondering after i noticed that kuva scepter can drain energy ball from dead machines. So corpus tech and warframe powers should run on the same source of power unless of course thats just gameplay.
a gameplay mechanic
From what I’ve heard warframes don’t need energy in lore, it’s just for gameplay
That could be hoever protea dispenser is a real device and it produces balls.
In Jade Shadows we have this
Ordis: "Strange. A warframe's power should last forever, but some additional factor is draining hers. I am unable to determine what."
It produces ammo and aid
It is stated that their energy should last forever (Jade shadows ordis) not thath they dont need it
Warframes can still be hurt so
it could just be dispensing med kits and juice boxes, like how ammo boxes are just generic ammo which makes no sense
She means as in like, our energy bar/stat
I’m not arguing they don’t need it, just that their energy lasts forever
So the orbs we collect are just gameplay
I don't really have a argument to argue that at the moment with proof but i feel like the orbs do represent some way that warframes can heal in combat. After all being self sustaining is logical trait for a war machines. I will scour wiki to find out more
This is not Ultrakill dude
So far from things like cinematic and what not the abilities is just things they can do without any mention of power drain
On the contrary. I scoured the wiki and found something interesting
Sentient drones drop their Energy cores which work as balls
This would imply that regular energy balls are just less advanced energy cores of tech
What’s the source.
Warframe wiki
In the pickups category
That really isnt the "aha i found evidence" moment you think it is
If they were called balls i would believe they are gameplay. But they are not. They are called Sentient energy cores.
Again, where did they get that from
May it isn't. But isn't it interesting?
I will check
They can call a health bar a shmorp but unless there's some source on it it's just a game mechanic
At some point the sentient cores were there because if you didnt step on them the sentients could revive eachother
So even their gameplay intention changed over time
i think its just implying that the warframe is consuming their energy cores to recover power
like a sentient core is basically a high tech battery right
you're just stealing the charge
Or this
But warframes dont need to recover power
In lore anyway
In gameplay energy and health orbs are a pacing mechanic
You dont kill enough enemies fast enough you wont sustain your gameplay
more like power in a vague stamina sense
Similar to the sheer amount of enemies we kill or the amount of tenno there are
It’s just gameplay
Or fighting bosses again after killing them
Or replaying quests
Thats actually just cannon. Like we did in canon kill 2 milion corpus to distract nef anyo that one time
That would be a community event
Nowadays some people do that on a weekend
not in lore to the same extreme as in gameplay. in gameplay theres, what? 3 million tenno? in lore theres about 300k
Wait. Where did that 300k come from? Do we have a number of zariman passengers?
We don’t know the exact number but it’s def less than the actual player amount
And btw here are sources they cited if you still want them.
uhh someone said it here a few days ago and i assumed they got it from somewhere in game
they mentioned tenno on the zariman
We typically don’t get accurate numbers in WF
We have no estimates on how many Tenno, let alone hard numbers.
Just "too few to make permanent occupation not viable"
We just have a guesstimate based on the character size of a redacted number on the zariman "you have been voluntold" invitation
We can estimate that its enough to start new civilization on tau. That was the plan with zariman after all.
Not really
Wait. So what was the plan with children on zariman?
I wonder if DE still the girl in the intro cinematic and new war as the tenno
Seems like no longer the case in old peace trailer
You really think the orokin would go, "oh yeah you can totally go off and start a new civilization"
They were orokin on zariman. But they still needed peasant children to start civilization.
Their job was likely the same as the sentients as they went second
The point of the Zariman was to get the colony set up, which by then a Solar Rail would be established so they wouldn't need the Zariman colonists to be the sole occupants on Tau.
There were not any Orokin on the Zariman, they never stepped foot on the thing lmao
There were no orokin on the zariman
Really now? Don't zariman weapon descriptions imply otherwise?
Nope
No???
ten-zero was just the first manned flight. ginnea pigs before they sent the important people
They were ceremonial gifts used by the Orokin given to the Zariman crew
Or farming tools
Sentients actually went before them but that was secret
We have literally one thing in game atm implying it but that also comes from the head writer iirc
sentients are not manned flights, theyre literally robots
Oh yeah true nvm
Then i just interpreted it wrong. I read it as if the orokin were there to be the first humans to step foot in tau.
Nah that was all the Zariman crew
The Orokin pretended they were equal and didn’t do much to help them
If an Orokin was aboard they’d be dead and then the Zariman crew would likely be dead
the orokin were vain, but way too cowardly to do that
Also Tau needed to be terraformed first
well thats what the sentients were for right
was the zariman sent before or after the sentients revolted?
Before their creation
Actually if the original plan was
Sentients get there, initially to terraform but also to build the rail
Then what was the exact plan for the Zariman crew once the Sentients got there?
Who needs ai when you can have lobotomized digital copies of your enemies?
Send colonists first/test a void drive I think
Timeline is
Orokin send Sentients
They take way too long
Send Zariman before the Sentients get there
Sentients get there
Terraform
Unknown who shot first
Old War
the zariman was sent to tau before the sentients? that doesn't seem right?
What does this mean
Sent after
It was after
The lobotomies digital copies thing
What do you think cephalons are?
glassing :3
remember to dream of what you want to be
I already am :3 thank you
I remember we have the figures of some number from the arg that we can use to make a really vague estimate, but nothing beyond that
I aspire to be as happy with myself as you are.
this is the future the left want (people being confortable in their skin and enjoying being alive)
If it was up to me i would shed my flesh
Truth nuke
Insert tech priest flesh is weak quote
also your status is wrong its "dream not of what you are, but of what you want to be"
Speaking of flesh. If were to become warframe/protoframe what strain would you choose?
I will change that when i can be bothered (thanks for noticing tho)
Get rid of my disability and I don’t care lol
No task that is easy is ever worthwhile.
Actually pretty sure both versions of the quote exist
@open coral @unborn token
gauss
ALL MY ENEMIES ARE LIVING IN FEAR
Think scarlet's was from the new war or a trailer
Thats actually an interesting question. Does becoming warframe heal illneses? It didn't cure pregnancy in jade.
cure pregnancy
You better get used to the taste of walls.
and slowly opening doors
Also voruna to answer your question
i thought you were going to bed
Me too
Tenno never sleep
Got distracted lol
they literally slept for thousands of years one time
and they're still half asleep for half the storyline
And they still grinded during that time. A true sigma grindset /s
And to answer my own question. Nidus
Monke
The power of BIG STICK
actually, good question. if the war within happens to just our tenno, how do all the other tenno wake up
eternalism?
wait thats not how that works i think
theres a lot of things in warframe's quests that only really happen to mara ("mara" meaning the canon operator/drifter. i know thats not a canon name, its just the best i got)
Every tenno is main tenno and simutanously is not is how i understand it.
makes complete sense, i see
You in your game are the main Tenno, everyone else is just doing their own thing
Like any other similarly online game
Is helminth plague an std?
yeah but that really causes a lot of plot related questions as to how any other player has quest rewards or progression items like an awake operator
Because they are also awake.
i wouldnt try boning a warframe as a regular human, but i doubt its specifically an STI
in fact its stated a few times that its rare if not impossible to catch the infeststion from a frame. it doesnt transmit between hosts, that strain is inert
The Warframes clearly aren't spreading Infestation everywhere so I doubt that'd happen
except nidus
He is really not a frame. Probably just helminth creation based on warframe. We really don't have lore on him
he is definitely a frame
He's a frame same as any other
how would he not be a frame
Ballas knows he exists and was made
I always assumed he had no human part. Just pure helminth creature.
nidus is described as "a primal form of infestation" so hes different from the average frame
...They're all made from humans. This has been long established since The Sacrifice
but he is undoubtably helminth. the helminth chair even reacts differently to him
Outside of being Infestation-themed, he's no more special than any other frame
All warframes are helminth but nidus seems to be pure helminth
theres no such thing as pure helminth
Helminth reacts to him difirent.
its infected tissue all the way down
What is Lizzie then?
helminth on a guitar
there's no difference there
the warframes are designed to be a certain way, nidus was designed to be more "unbound"
Helminth, same as every other Warframe material
Best way to describe Nidus is if you just hit "none" on the theme and let it do its thing.
well- ok she does come from a human but her body isnt human
Infested doesn't really care about the material that goes into it. A guitar would be just as viable in this case as a human person.
Thats what i meant by pure helminth. Thanks for wording it better
Just helps that Flare bled on it.
She has Flare’s infected blood iirc
why does regular temple have a lizzie? isnt lizzie made from a physical guitar? do we have to sacrifice a guitar every time we build temple?
Thats not entirely true. Infested seem to fear and be unable to infect void beings (operator, murmur)
||Regular Temple IS Flare||
Spoilers for their kim story
why does it look identical to flare's lizzie?|| isnt lizzie the third? did all three lizzies look the same?||
Infestation is good at replicating things
no i mean when you build it from the actual blueprints, the ones entrati stole to make flare the way they are
In the Hex quest we even see helminth puke out excalibur.
Helminth and the Foundry are really good at replicating things
What
There were no other temple.
Just before we clash swords with Arthur.
Temple’s Blueprint is likely based on Flare’s eventually transformation
But the design itself was from Ballas originally and seems to be altered with Lizzie in the mix
We also know people being framed can kinda change things iirc?
I think Mirage does that
And Flare is rebellious
Temple was designed rebellious
Idk if he’s puking it out
Just doing what normal Excal does
Yeah but the fact that the blueprint already comes with Lizzie suggests that Ballas designed a glamrock anti-establishment frame with a guitar baked into it, and then only at the last minute realized this was stupid.
Infact the name Temple comes from Flares stage name. The strain was probabmy unnamed before that of named something stupid like Guitar_hero.helm
He realized he was afraid lol
I wonder what the Backroom does if you haven't unlocked Helminth yet
first cyte, now flare? does entrati just not remember the names of the stuff he stole or what?
Ballas designed the frame without any idea of Flare existing, though. In this case it's a very very funny coincidence.
(Assuming the frame's name has always been Temple)
No one remembers Cyte's name, to be fair
The names we know are public names. Names of heroes that warframes were meant to be marketed as in the orokin society. But they had work in progress names before that.
Probably is still there but you can't use it until you install the segment
Insert that one Magos Biologis’ quote
Nezha
Built in heelies+fire
probably
Found this amazing musician while browsing the leftovers of the old world archives. Only found out 5 days into his passion project based on it what the lyrics meant and who they were
the blueprint we get isn't the blueprint Ballas made. If we got the original Temple batch and made our own OC donut steal Temple, it wouldn't have Lizzie
Ballas sucks
Getting into Warframe lore really makes you realize that the Orokin had to go lol
it would probably still have a guitar, but not lizzie, yea
albrecht said it would make flare a "performer the likes of which the world has never seen"
|| What pissed me off was the fact Ballas literally turned a woman that was pregnant into a Warframe. How cruel.||
Have you read her feather in Teshin’s area?
Not sure if it would, because Lizzie was Flare's guitar, not Temple's
Yeah. Absolutely broke my heart
Don’t forget that Dagath got her face blown off and survived
Then proceeded to kill her Orokin masters
her emote makes it a bit more comical
Based
Dagath proto when
|| It's so cruel how Ballas could do that ||
To be fair Ballas gave her a chopped face
"Sometimes I wish I had been there, with her, when your kind came for us. No hard feelings. Our time had more than come" - Son
yeah
yeah
Sentients were so just
Son really going “yeah we kinda deserved it actually”
Sentients would have been right if they didn't plan to cleanse the Origin System of ALL life
Mmm fair enough
Even his ass knew that they needed to go LMAO
Me not forgiving Ballas for what he did to Umbra too
At least Umbra can aura farm immensely
Hm question: how exactly do we have the old peace like how are we in tau if the zariman didn’t reach there?
They finished the Rail
Solar Rail
What’s that
Sentients -> Zariman -> Old War pt. 1 -> Warframes -> Old Peace -> Old War part 2
Remember the junction cutscenes
So we have a solar rail to tau this entire time or was it blocked off
I have
Ohhhhh
hunhow destroyed the origin side of it during the second half of the old war
Destroyed before Old War part 2
Damn you Hunhow
iirc it was originally on Pluto
“You know, I should helminth a pregnant woman cause her relationship pisses me off.”
pazuul is gathering resources to rebuild it, supposedly
The Outer Terminus node
near there yea
iirc the ceremony congratulating the tenno was there because of that?
something like that
Ahhhhhhh so I assume we’re like time traveling to that point in time before it was destroyed perhaps?
That was really messed up of him tbf
No time travel
It’s memories bro
Old Peace is going to be a memory thing
What WASNT?
For the Tau update, we're going to be traveling to modern Tau somehow
It made me want to kill his ass all over again.
Ohhhhhh mb fams DE is indeed cooking
"its against the legems please ignore 90% of my actions"
:3
The Sentients were originally sent to build the Rail between Origin and Tau but Orokin morons got impatient (for literally no reason btw) and began a series of projects to try and get there first, culminating in the Zariman
We both know how that went, and the others already explained the rest
Trying to find Albrecht just to accidentally find a way back to the Tau system
I think
For Narmer was made specifically to punch you in the gut
Yeah. I'm glad Ballas is dead
deas
No getting there is intentional, Albrecht explicitly mentions it before the end of the first half of The Hex
Ohhhh interesting
|| Then again I cried during the final part of the Jade Shadows quest ||
i love For Narmer from a musical standpoint
its a corrupted version of We All Lift Together
quite literally, All As One vs a discordant chorus of individuals
From a work song to a cult choir
You wouldn’t believe how mad i got when i heard someone mutter “all as one” after TNW
i’m still not sure why the open world areas and their hubs didn’t get de-narmered
Like we should have at least have the option to do that
I want blue and purple fortuna back, even if the weird gold bits don’t go away
strange as it sounds, Orb Vallis being orange is progress for them
since it's closer to being temperate
|| Also how do you explain to a Baby Tenno why your Warframe is pregnant without spoilers? 😭||
not really going to clear up the debris on the plains
but yea cetus and fortuna could be reverted (partially or fully) at this point
even if its locked behind a quest or something
You can’t lmao
Just say “its a whole thing”
What ballas did to jade actually wanted to go make me tell DE to do another quest of hunting down that loser to kill him again
We should be allowed to kill Duviri Ballas
This
simple answer: Don't
you can say that the answer to that is in her related quest, though
Anyway. If we fight alongside the orokin on the old peace? Against who tho?
Seperatist dax
and grineer
Orokin grineer arent they on our side?
Not all of them, i think
“Seperatist”
it almost certainly means the Orokin are playing both sides
the separatists
dax and grineer that are against the peace
whether those dax are under the control of another executor or something still remains to be seen
Ahh i understand now
We should be allowed to do that again
because both dax and grineer MUST follow Orokin instructions
I wish. Seriously i want a fatality on that mf
Yeah. She didn't deserve that to happen to her
So we fight against both sides...but one is using us?
dax are compelled to, but i don't think the grineer MUST
they have the loyalty gene but not the 'you are forced to obey my every command'
more like, Orokin are controlling the rebellion
So this is ACTUALLY old war?
as a way of expanding their control over Tau
not on paper
but there's a reason it's not two different wars
question: if you could bring back any Warframe villain into story relevance, who would it be and how?
Hmm
Maybe like
Literally any of the Nightwave guys
Cause you could integrate them into the Star chart, easily
The Zealoid prelate’s still there too
You could just stuff him into Eris
The Wolf could be taking over grineer territory somewhere
Idk
not a return, per se, but get that one grineer that's never made an appearance in-game but is mentioned a few times
tengus
Oh yeahh
nah wolf is dead do to fighting kahl
The Sergeant, bring him back heavily augmented and scarred, and have him be a more serious and aggressive face for the Corpus
I thought the wolf fled
also yea the nightwaves should be properly integrated
yea they should make him a threat
Maybe in the service of Parvos after debt acquisition or some other guy, his main thing would be leading a force against us under them
Like a more mundane Vor if he actually did much
nah make him a board member and give him more of a personality
Like it’s weird that there’s just this whole 3 seasons worth of content that most players will never know about
kahl fully intends to kill him at that point iirc (kahl save, but not from narmer), maybe he flees right before?
he does iirc
We already have enough Corpus board members and corpos, going against a high-up guy working under them’d be a good change of pace
Alternatively John Prodman amalgamised, veiled and ready for rescue and recruitment by Kahl
haha
new corpus assassin maybe
zanuka hasn't been a threat for a while
granted, neither have the other two, but zanuka is worse, somehow
the three at least let you bail early on a mission
Nah we're more likely to get a infested or sentient assassin if we do ever get a new invader type enemy
Where even is Pazuul hiding?
If we know then he wouldn't be hiding, now would he
But generally
Where could he even hiding, last time we saw him he was on a Murex and he should still be there but we invade that Murex multiple times as Kahl so he can’t be there exactly
99% of Kahls quit before the find the Murex Pazuul is hiding in, clearly
alternatively, pazuul runs away to a different murex each time kahl shows up on one
but yeah. we don't know, basically. some murex. maybe praghasa if any of her survived The Sun
Why is he so scared of a Grineer soldier 😭 he has sentients and both grineer and corpus soldiers under his command
It's taking an unnecessary risk to expose himself?
This is military leadership for dummies
pazuul has done nothing but yap at us from afar, he's not one for confrontation
Can he stop yapping about Tau and stuff we’re actually going there instead of him first 😭
GOD. DAMMIT.
was revenant prime made by the void and nokko from infected void mushroom?
Here I am dreading the Second Dream and planning to make myself look ugly as heck...
AND NOW they're asking me to customise a random dude in the Duviri Paradox that I KNOW I'd get to play as at some point or another...
can anyone answer
I didn't account for this...
Like, I know what Operators are. What's the point of the Drifter?!
drifters are ppl from different universe
that are operators
Timeline not universe
oh yeah mb
Great so what. Do I make my Operator ugly as heck and I make the Drifter actually me?
any shet idfk
no one answering
Cause frankly, I haven't thought of anything since I care about about the Warframes rather than the Operators themselves.
Revenant was either made by the Void or by Unum
Nokko is seemingly a combination of both Infested and Helminth
Do you mean shrooms and Helminth, for Nokko?
lets say void
IDFK NOW MEAN WTF IS NONONO MUSHROOMS
@olive trout Rev Prime is actually a example of eternalism
unum was prolly involved, as she's mentioned in the prime armor description
The Void or unum makes them out of a unreleased possibility.
bro nokko and revenant sound like they came from void
Nokko probably didn't
they're mushrooms with a void aesthetic
like the vomval trumpet has a sentient aesthetic
they don't have a massive lore connection to nokko
Revenant didn't
Revenant Prime... maybe
Nokko is brother from Yareli, he didn't came from void
rev prime i meant.,
nokko has infected mushroom at his place
in his early design he was her borther but bad news was scrapped now he a mushroom frame
we don't know if that's actually canon or just The Vibe™
Design wise
They aren't necessarily blood relatives
The Fruits and roots are also seemingly one of the oldest organisms in the system
2023 they started working on nokko but cyte concept was like in 2018
did
they say that somewhere?
ik cyte's concept is fairly old but idk if we have a timeline for nokko
It's more likely his situation is closer to base Revenant's
Regular warframe that got taken over by shrooms
nokko had a fan mdae concept for years i think they started the dev concept in 2021 or 2023
...reminds me, I should do more solid work on my Exalted Necramech frame concept
Also gyre did look closer to her mushroom.
bruh the infected mushroom nonono has a weird lore that nightcap cant remember i think nightcap said he was born from a infected mushroom and also nightcap died so he cant remember everything after nokko bring him back to life
If you didn't know 2 mushrooms looked like frames.
everything that rebb was saying about the art direction sounded fairly recent
especially regarding the 'yareli's brother' bit
what mushroom..
in his old concept omfd
they were joking abt it in the dev stream bro
it was alr scrapped tf u mean a frame is a mushroom and the other is a water are siblings while the other from vent kids and the other from mushroom
whats wrong with it oh wait we eat uriel got it
Thats not
My point. But sure.
Also
cuh u think theres a weird problem the devs are just being silly
No?
"You ain't some leftover freak that some Orokin mucker made in a lab. Don't know how or why, but somewhere along the line you became the roots and fruits." seems like it supports that
whats the lore
That's the
Slash shroom, right?
Maybe this means Uriel has Slash based abilities
But just interesting.
there aint.
Yes.
literally they said they had fun
There’s also the Sentient one which you could say looks like a certain Sentient frame
he does
Trap
Man, they revealed his abilities?
Totally missed that
Cap
no but looks like it
i even felt like it
but 1st i dont like it
Then why the Vay Hek did you say he does, if you don't know
bruh it looks like it even my clan thinks the same
he might be a survival frame
an assumption is not confirmation
...I hate you people somedays
also lmao
"looks like"
whats wrong
was gauss upgraded into prime or orokin made a prime of him?
The correct source meme for this game
there's only one prime that's non-orokin
whether the prime came first or not is unknown for gauss
So,any idea why Nokko has an specific emote with Yareli?
whats the prime thats none orokin
Siblings
rev prime, as was mentioned earlier
in his old design he was her brother but it was scrapped but they added it anyway cuz it gives brother vibes to a mushroom frame instead of his old one
i thought theres more
Idk
This wasn't said
Brother Sister bond not literally siblings
Maybe siblings
DE confirmed they aren’t actually siblings
it was and he was being worked on in 2023. yk i had enough of u i think u ragebaitting
exactly
please provide proof
It wouldn't be that werid Ballas when he talks to Umbra he's like "all your family is doomed'.
yk what yes they are actually siblings and so is the primes
Sorry? I don't mean to do that.
dude is just saying things
omfd man
unless i'm forgetting some, all currently known primes, except for revenant, are orokin-made
xaku was primed by albrecht, based on the heavy entrati motifs
So, right now we only have confirmation of Gauss and Mag being siblings, aside Arthur and Eleanor?
yes
huh
joke*
i cant stand this man
yall believe that cyte concept was like 7 years ago right?
yea, because there's proof of it lmao
i saw it by myself ong
by not searching i just looked at the abilitys and model
and knew it was like 5 to 6 years old concept
that is not a good argument
Here hoping to see Lordsaberwulf as Gauss Protoframe
Can anyone explain who valeria is that teshin keeps yapping
a significant person that was in his life
maybe killed by the tenno, maybe not
that's all we know
idfk what am doing i order food
how is that relevant
am high
lets pray
LordSaberwulf, the totally-not-a-scaldra-agent that showed up in the 1999 teasers/arg
asked about aoi, claiming she was their sister
can u dm me the video?
or resource
for LordSaberwulf?
the Questions.kin file here
then she aint going to be gauss cuz he male
we dont wanna see a fat grendel woman
huh?
gauss and grendel are bros
They where made as a pair.
not brothers like bros like homies
Like lovers
they are depicted as best friends
omfd ur the kind of guy or woman
What?
oh u guy
sure, but we know nothing about lordsaberwulf
they claimed that aoi was their sister, trying to get information on her
based on how they speak and how the other people in chat react, they're a scaldra officer trying to find the hex
I'm a kind of guy or woman.
didnt now ur gender
SQUINT
oh
Ah. There's more than 2 ways to be but sure.
Also I don't know what omfd means.
and i wont tell
oh my flipping dogs
Oh my freaking Dawgs
ama eat bro am done here
Is it our flag means death.
ok 👍
That's a good show. Also a very gay show.
Which is the worst place to actively be an average citizen in, I mean one where people actually live so not inhospitable places or secluded like the drift.
I’d say Fortuna or Hollvania but I can’t tell if your computer potentially trying to eat you while may also just kill you Scaldra or endless labor for an insatiable quota to the Corpus is worse
Probably fortuna?
Your pc eating you is a maybe
You growing up into debt slavery is almost assured, the children dont have necks for a reason.
Hollvania is a gamble of whether or not you’ll suffer
Fortuna is a guaranteed you will suffer
Fortuna is the Final Boss of Debt nightmares
You need equipment?
Debt
You need food?
Debt
You need injuries mended?
Debt
If you have any family and they die?
You get any of their Debt too
I wouldn’t be surprised if Nef taxed you for exhaling
And if you don’t pay off those debts they begin to collect your organs and stuff
And put you in even MORE debt giving you robotic replacements
Essentially you will work until they either take your brain or you die from other means
hollvania is more.. actively hostile. districts are getting infested and/or purged regularly, but there are safe zones, at least for a while.
fortuna is incredibly oppressive, but its in the background. there's always someone doing maintenance and just trying to get by
Hollvania meanwhile
You just gotta stay out of the severe techrot zones and a bit further away from them to make sure Scaldra doesn’t waltz in saying “Ohohoho, I’m here to purge the minimum levels of techrot just to get rid of you guys.”
That and we have multiple Super Soldier folk actively messing with Scaldra and Techrot activities and even opened up their base for you to hang out in
Granted one can argue Fortuna also has those same super soldiers showing up and actually taking your debt away and messing around with the corpus
Fortuna is the company town, Hollvania is a war zone
I just had a thouth. What are the limits of Koumeis clarivoyance. We know she can see future but how far? Does she know what will happen in Tau? Does she know how all of this story will end?
Koumei probably doesnt have clairvoiance
it'd be funny if she did and she said literally nothing
It's much more likely to be the unum than koumei
though yeah I doubt it myself as well, there's probably not much she can see if at all anything
Not like the average person in cetus could know anyway
“Oh that’s a lot of issues. Should I tell them? Nahhhh, it all turns out fine in the end anyways.”
better idea she's chosen to go all in and gamble the entirety of the known origin system because it's funny
yeah that sounds about right
it's happened before it'll happen again
Kinda unrelated, but I found this YouTuber playing Warframe and really focused on the game’s lore. He even takes note of nearly everything he hears and sees, and even tries to decipher some language himself
that's impressive
Wait so the Cetus quest is before or after Solaris?
Chronologically it doesn't really matter, but it released before Fortuna
I see
Is Nokko the head of his own hive mind (the smol Nokko and things like The Prince)?
I don’t think so
He’s part of the fungi tho
But he is controlling the smaller mushroom yes?
Judging from nightcaps dialogue, they are sentient
So they’re probably just his minions and not like mindless summons
Because in the scene where Nokko saves Nightcap, the little mushroom voice is heard while Nightcap mentions Nokko. And fyi, Nokko and his spawn have a different tone of voice
Yes they are not mindless like infested or murmur, but they still connect to Nokko until he died
Yeah
They’re definitely connected to nokko
I just mean that they’re probably more individual than oraxia’s scuttlers or some other example
Oh yeah that for sure
Ah, also I want to ask, where did DE put the mushroom side of Solaris in the timeline? What I mean is what quests does this section put in between?
Nokko is explicitly only after New War
Oh ok
So not really new player friendly
I mean it depends on how you define new
some people say midgame is only after hex
it really does depend on how much time you spend building frames and exploring the game
I remember when second dream was the endgame quest 👴
I remember when operator as a whole was a massive spoiler, it was the big WTF moment
I remember when there weren't any Landscapes
Just realized the Leverian shows off certain cosmetics and alt helmets, I wonder if this means you need to replace the whole head or just the outer layer
The frame would just be designed with a different helmet/skin
You play even before Cetus 😭????
Damn you are old
there used to be things called "Trials" which were 8 man missions (basically the Warframe equivalent of a raid) they got rid of them some time around after PoE launched
8 person missions sound chaotic given how chaotic 4 person ones are…
(Or at least they sound like they’d end very quickly lol)
it was chaotic, and didn't help this was 8 man content with the same peer to peer networking
this was back when the power level of frames were much lower though, no archon shards, arcanes where max R3 but duplicates were allowed, no weapon arcanes and no galvanized mods
So is Natah was born not in the traditional way, since Erra said she was screaming (I think that's like a newborn crying)?
(and Hunhow “lift” her up, like normal human baby too)
Sentients love talking in metaphors (Calling Praghasa a Carpenter, and Hunhow a Farmer) so it could just be their flowery language
that might be a bad example considering what the sentients were created for (making tau habitable for the orokin)
it's more or less that, calling Hunhow a "farmer" is more because he probably had some functionality to grow plants for terraforming
so perhaps Natah's "screaming" was whatever sentient equivalent to the first sound after being born is
although i guess Huhnow could have actually just lifted Natah
Also now I wonder, is the lullaby that Adis sings using Praghasa's voice?
Does Warframe ever explain why every planet has the same gravity, including moons ?
gameplay reasons
i mean like lore, did the orokin also terraform them with some gravity altering tech
Planets like the gas ones are just ships or colony places that are around the planet so yeah probably just gravity tech
Also, I think Warframe can be adapted to gravity
Nothing says anything about that, and everyone else who goes to those places need the gravity to be correct anyway
I mean "everyone" here either enhanced human/clone with advanced suits, or a war machine, or a mass of flesh that can move, or a bunch of AI that can fly
And they still have gravity fields or whatever they call it since sabotages can cause gravity anomalies, and making it so that not having to rely on only your suits or enhancements for that is good practice in redundancy
Oh don't forget void ghost
Fair, but that is in ships
What about Lua though? Sometimes we start the mission outside the building
Though seems like the whole moon has been modified to have Earth's gravity since rocks falling like normal
The only missions that cause issues with being "outside" are the ones with the Infested broken ships or the ones exposed to the outside so like... yeah likely also modified
the orokin did Terraform Neptune and Uranus which were gas giants, so they probably just made the Moon heavier
.
wait so we're not on the surface of Neptune proper?
We are, kinda
but Uranus is definitely an ocean planet now?
Yep
Let me recheck Neptune
This is a kinda dumb question, but why is it always daytime in the Vallis?
Yeah Neptune is on surface
Well there is a giant machine above Vallis that changes the temperature, idk if it can shine the whole area though
The traveler orokin terraformed them
The machine was above? I thought the temp change was because of all the machinery on the Vallis, specially because of the whole termia fracture thing
Also, it makes me think, if Venus's light side is so hot, can the machine “block” the area from extreme heat per se?
Holy shit its atsia
Terraformed to be liveable mainly, The ocean kind of already exists IRL
it's a combination of both, the Reflector seems to be a Corpus addition, the towers are orokin
One hour on Venus is 240 days
I haven't seen that guy in like an eon
I thought reflector was also Orokin tech too?
Well that explains it
You missed all of yesterday then
I forgot for a moment about the whole time difference thing
I did as pneumonia usually causes me to
And we're already almost a decade since the Fortuna update
(joke)
the Reflector control look more like corpus tech than Orokin tech, but that's still speculation
Almost there
that's referring to the Weeping Towers, there is a orbital reflector that's the cause of the warm/cool cycle in Orb Vallis
Oh wait the devstream said it made by Corpus
The Orokin make it cold while the Corpus sometimes heat it again
“Another fun tidbit of trivia from Steve: the Corpus have fashioned a parabolic sun reflector that shows the time of day. The sun will perpetually be out, but depending on its position along the horizon, different ambience and mood will pass across Orb Vallis. This is a nice alternative to Venus’ actual day/night cycle (which is a 115 extra day wait in comparison to Earth’s).”
Ballas made it warmer, the Corpus were doing it wrong
Or that’s what it says, it’s implied ig
You mean during New War or in Orokin era?
New war
Idk if we know Venus’ status during the Orokin Era
But in their absence the Corpus take over and do their best, take what tech they can, keep it running
Then New War happens and Ballas fixes it
Which is why there’s plants, its warmer
And also why the roots and fruits woke up
4 or 5 digits of them based on character spacing in the zariman arg iirc
I think 2 million idk
Canonically at least
No lol. Any number anyone spouts is just a blind guess.
Any theories on what deacons are?
they've just been mysterious and honestly just, really really weird
I mean a guy who floats around and throws veils isn't exactly the craziest we've seen of tech in this game
I know but like all of a sudden they just appear working under Narmer and are never explained and everybody rolls with it
Are they amalgams? mimics? whatever?
You could frankly say "everybody rolls with it" about any new unit they decide to introduce. They're deacons and that's all that's mentioned about them
where is this fragment? I can't seem to find it
or they mean this?
oh it's from devstream?
Yeah but at least most units are given a short descriptor for what they are or an off hand mention or you can guess what they are
Like Thrax units are spectral undead old war grineer
sure it begs the question why is Thrax using ancient grineer along side Dax but hey we at least know what they are and can deduce something reasonable
tbh, from the Teacher quest, we *kinda *are the first "official" Tenno (well successfully) to awaken by Lotus
Idk the comic is during the game events or before though
first?
Teshin said sth like "The Tenno has awaken again"
let me re check
I'm more so talking about the number of Tenno there are
Teshin: "I need to see for myself. Have the Tenno risen or is this another Lotus trick?"
what I mean is, if the Tenno was so many, why there are no trace of them up until us was awaken?
because we're frickin space ninjas
Because every single one of them went to sleep
The player is implied to be the first Tenno to wake up
And it's not like Warframes weren't being picked off when Lotus was trying to find them, that was the entire plot of The Awakening
also consider the Zariman with that size, there a bound to more then ten thousand CHILDREN at most
not to mention there are some that could already died by the adult
we don't really know what is the population on Earth during Orokin era (not counting the orokin ofc)
Which is why it isn't productive to be spouting numbers about it, frankly. Just roll with "much less bodies than the other factions have to throw around"
This is even assuming all the population is on just Earth, too
we know there's ppl live on Mars (evident by Inaros story), maybe Deimos, Venus etc, so there could be more moon that habitable
idk about planet since most of them either gas giant or diamond rain all years
Why do people claim all orokin technology are considered primes
Aren't there corpus cities like corpusium or were those destroyed during the fall
IIRC Corposium is implied to have fell but yeah
Even if they all fell the Corpus are still around, they could just start over and build more
Parvos Granum: "Do you remember Corposium, Ordan? Do you recall the founding principle blazoned proudly in letters not of arrogant gold, but honest brass? 'None shall be slaves.' We used simple robotics, not cloned labour or mind-shacked cephalons, and we do so to this day. In Corposium's name I offer you sanctuary."
Makes me wish there was more places to vist that aren't necessarily for missions
Like a Corpus Megacity or Grineer Habblock
Invading a corpus office kill bill style
Like the grineer are a proper military government, so they might not have cities as we see it
But Corpus could still have large cities that are for trading and business, open probably to other factions
Unfortunately the presence of a tenno is enough to put settlements on the radar so they are intentionally avoided unless necessary
This is weird? How come teshin now says we are the first but then there is someone like Alad V who is doing mass experiments with many warframes? How much time has passed between us awakening and us getting to Jupiter? How fast was the lotus with setting other Tenno free after we got freed? This is such a curve ball I always thought the lotus had many Tenno woken up before us and we were kinda the first to defeat Vor so we took the lead so the say. How do other people know about warframes if we are the first to arise after the old war ended? I thought no one currently alive witnessed the old war themselves? Wait how long ago was the old war? How old is teshin???? This single line is so weird.
People know because we killed the Orokin+soldiers, we didn’t wipe all the records.
The people aren’t alive, but they still told their children stuff and like I said, records and stories.
Somewhere in the ballpark of at least a thousand years and a bit above that
Mmh interesting
How old is teshin????
also just wanna ask: did you play Whisper in the Wall yet?
so you must already know that Loid is cryo sleeping during Old War to the present day
yeah but is it confirmed Teshin did the same? And why though, isn't he just a Dax? And how did he wake up? Why wake up so late too like couldn't he just wake up in 10 or 20 years just after the orokin were all dead and not thousands of years in the future?
teshin was awake
I am just throwing questions out here don't mind me
ok so teshin never slept he just never aged such as the power given to the daxes
whats the best place?
Hm
Probably that one unnamed colony on mars that even the Grineer don’t know about
But Wally happened to them so now i don’t know
no idea what you're talking about
The second one
oh they are immortal too?
No, people just seem to age fairly slow in this universe
I imagine it would have been pretty nice there before the uh
that happened
also tbf we dont really know how long we slept but only for generations could just be a few hundred years or amt
makes sense given how people tend to live longer with the advancement of civilization
Orokin casually being masters of biology
its less casual more thats what they picked as an ascension path
and they hard into it
One generation in wf can be a few hundred years by itself
Darvo is like 105 and considered a teen by his father
fair but who actually knows by which standards maybe its the cetus people who are closer to humans so 100 ish years etc
it may be centuries to millennias
Everyone is descended from humans
closer to non modified
orokin did kuva immortality and dax did somesort of variant of kuva corpus mechanical parts etc
Continuity doesn't extend physical lifespans, dax are probably modified, corpus are just normal people
Dagath Prime. How would that work out lore-wise?
like, Baldas gives the Orokin freaks a dozen Dagaths or something?
The fact that Grandmother is telling a tall tale and may or may not be messing with you when see talks about it. Or that Dagath was simply the first.
I can see one of three ways
The first two being the boring ways
Where og Dagath was the Prime
Or where Ballas kept notes on Dagath to make a separate Prime
Or the interesting way imo
Where Dagath took the Orokin scum couple's armor and made herself a "Prime"
yes, I am taking some inspiration from Lavos Prime, how could you tell?
I think it still would make sense since she's basically this guy
I can't remember his name
That's the Ghost Rider
Dagath better because fire is, while cool, overused and overrated
I agree fire is overused, but she's still basically ghost rider on a horse and with a bad headache....
Ghost rider can have a horse
I mean the funniest option is Ballas makes the OG dagath sees she gets head holed and then makes her a prime later.
It’s a ghost rider there’s like 5 different characters
Not even multidimensional bs there’s just so many ghost riders
I don't know if this is the right spot to ask, but where do I learn more about Yareli and Nokko? I've heard bits and pieces that they have backstory as siblings, and I would love to read about that, if there's anywhere in game to read it.
They don’t have backstory of siblings because the siblings thing is a vibe not a sibling by blood or anything
Nokko lore you get by listening to Nightcap
Yareli lore is the Waverider quest and her Prime trailer
They def know eachother we just don’t know their exact relationship beyond the vibe
Yeah
I figured as much, I know more lore also comes from The Prince, but I wanna wait to feed him until I know my Fergolyte is ok to use and doesnt need to go towards the mushrooms in the store
Thank you, though! :) Helps me know if, other than Waverider and Nightcap/The Prince, there was more to read up on
Yeah to expand on where people got the sibling thing from
The devs just mentioned it was a prompt for the animators when making nokko's idle animations
You'll get enough ferg just farming for the new stuff
And mushrooms are also obtained in the bounties so ye
@pearl ferry okay so. EVERY Bounty has 4 mushrooms. 2 in the first area and 2 where the Bounty goes.
@pearl ferry also the undermind map never changes and you can use k-drives there.
The prince needs like 120 fergolyte total so it isnt too bad
I wonder how powerful the Warframes could be if their signature lores were accurate in gameplay
And it got telephoned into
“He’s Yareli’s little brother.”
Instead of
“Imagine him like he’s Yareli’s little brother in terms of his personality and how he acts.”
TLDR
DE did a whoops and it made the warframe more funny in the process
Do we currently know any faction more dangerous than the sentients also would be able to fight them in the future?
Im just going to make a prediction for the new update: The xx99 is either going to be 2099 (leaning towards this because of multiple comments by different characters mentioning the difficulty of going further back then 1999) or 1899 if the previously mentioned thing gets explained
That's honestly so cool, love that new lore.
I got hints of this from the mushroom logs! That's super cool, and this is absolutely handy to have!
Ah yes metallically enhanced individual load thy musket and unsheathe thy sabre to slay upon thee scoundrels
Yes
But yeah the prediction makes sense to either go a bit further in time (2099) or go back more to get more answers
But I mean we already know what happens in 2077
Am I right lads or am I right lads
They did the equivalent of that in old war
I know, wouldn’t be making the joke I didn’t play it
We do need a musket weapon though
