Absurdly small
As a Lavos main, I always feel short compared to others. Looking like Tyler 1. All width, no height
Fairy levels small
Almost like a theme
It’s his head
Bro’s got a flat head
Somewhat mushroom like head
Yeah, I think someone tried to claim he was mushroom related and that’s why the 62nd frame would be a
clown???
Cause “funguy” was all we had for a bit
Even though him being a mushroom was uh. Really obvious
Fungui
HAH. Wait but we already have mirage
She’s more of a jester/magician, different from a clown
She’s very
Entertainer themed
Harlequin
After that we get the devil frame
Despite both being entertainers they are different
Still, think she would show up to do party tricks if I paid her? I think she would
Also ofc DE has done similar themes before
Wonder what other frames they can make
And so would a magician, doesn’t make either a clown :p
and another Orokin I don't get to shoot
With the devil frame we can finally have a whole catholic squad. Harrow, wisp, jade and John Devil
I’d kill for a Gravityframe, Artframe, Ferro-fluidframe and Dreamframe
Frameframe when
Honestly I feel like they should have stopped at 50. It's just... I mean I like the frames... I'm just so full... So full of warframes.
Piezoelectrics frame
Hard disagree, as long as they have fun and good ideas they should make more
Sevagoth
Warframe made of every Warframe
Xaku…?
Every mission you get four random moves
Not really but y’know what I mean lol

Ok I would kill for a Helminth frame that’s fully customizable!
Can't wait til find out what made Albrecht turn another of his class into a Warframe
My guess is Roathe called him out on something
Honestly what we really need is a rework on where to get frames. Lots of frames need an update on where to get their pieces. By principal it shouldn't be easier to get the prime then it is the base frame. I'm LOOKING AT YOU GRENDEL
Roathe also hates him and he’s the “heretic of truth” so
Roathe probably called out Albrecht on something or found out something and tried to get him in trouble
Agreed
Or maybe Albrecht though he had a dumb face. Albrecht was orokin after all, they don't really have morals
"Remember 300 years ago when you cut me in line at the child soup buffet? I do."
“It was FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!”
I do think Roathe hates him for more than being turned into a proto
Him being asked if the Orokin can be forgiven makes me think Roathe maybe was against the Orokin’s ideals or Albrecht’s
Like asking an Orokin if the Orokin can be forgiven doesn’t make sense unless that Orokin is different than the others, somehow
Maybe he was one of the first to be against the Orokin’s ideas of Warframes or so
So they did cruel irony and made him into a Protoframe
Cause a normal Orokin would likely say “yeah we can be forgiven” or not care about forgiveness at all
What I really want from the old piece is the ability to synthesize orokin. Then a new simaris mission. Like sanctuary onslaught but instead of a fight, you're chasing and killing fleeing orokin for eternity
Albrecht wasn’t part of that project so idk bout that
Remember, Albrecht made the Protos
Not Ballas
Item slots removal 🙏
"hunter, I have made it so these souls remember every death. I find their eternal torment funny."
Unfortunately they likely will never do that cause
Item slots are in soulframe now
Well Protoframes are simply what warframes were first
Remember the Orokin made super soldiers that simply over mutated into feral creatures
They didn’t mutate they were just frames going mad
Protoframes were made after the Warframes
And
That’s not what happened-
Otherwise how else did they deem the warframes failures later than immediately.
Because they worked out first before going a lil crazy
Because it's a good way to make a new player open their wallet for the first time. "12 plat? That's nothing, you're already having fun yeah? You want to play that new frame you got yeah?"
Ballas made the Warframes as we see them, but they were sapient, followed orders
But eventually they went feral and mad and so they were shelved
Why do people keep ignoring Albrecht’s notes
Albrecht took the Warframe strains and altered them for his Protoframes
And the protoframes are incomplete warframes, the end result (complete transformation) is what normal warframes started as
Because he likes to leave them in hard to find places
Albrecht specifically slowed their transformation so they’d still have their humanity for a while longer
They aren't hard to find at all
People have the decency to not sluth through his desktop. You don't know what he has in his image folder. "Maybe there's some ancient designs in here- oh- no that's just Loid naked"
Just go kill a mean book
They're in the books though
They’re joking lol
Oh I thought you meant the computer by loid. Those notes
“I did it, I found the secret to the vo- BY THE VOID!”
That's Operator report
The larger issue is the helminth system takes so long to get to
It needs a touchup tbh
Speaking of Operator report whatever is writing it should get back to work
Helminth system is really funny "I could just sell my warframe... But my wall dog do be looking hungry"
What did you name your helminth? Mines name is George
It’s a really fun system that
Takes too long to get to and is an absolute resource sink that newer players can’t interact with
Maybe it needs the Rite of Percussive Maintenance (conducted with an ekhein, of course)
Which I’m fine with it being something for late-game but new players need the ability to toss a frame into Helminth so they don’t just sell a frame and cry when they have to farm them again
I still don’t have Roar for helminth
Partially out of principle (meta ability 🤢)
and mainly cause I don’t want to farm another Rhino
Do frames not need to to be max level for helminth?
It’s not that it’s hard, it’s that it’s boring
Nope
I might hack the PC so I can have access to Operator report then I'll write the missing lore
Like any boss farm isn't
Hey Tyl Regor
That reminds me
As much as it’d be awful it would be funny for them to rework Equinox and make her helminth stupid powerful
most powerful helminth in the game
But you have to farm Equinox
Even better/worse idea in general. Put a sergeant like boss on Pluto and another on a different node for charon (Pluto's twin) and have one drop day and the other drop night. Then Tyl can drop something more suiting... Like citrine
Lmao
It does make me sad there's no node for Charon. Everyone knows Pluto but doesn't know the coolest part about it, that being that it and Charon are almost the same size and in perfect orbit with one another. They are always facing the same side with each other, it's awesome
Imagine a corpus city, so massive it literally bridges the space between them so you can walk (an incredibly long distance) to go from one planet to the other
They could make one in the future
Just because we're getting Tau doesn't mean we're leaving the Origin System completely
I do hope we return to the origin. Even after 12 years it doesn't feel finished
i did forget about lavos huh
nekros from lephantis
Tbh I wouldn’t put Nekros with Deimos since he would have been added when it was the derelict, but he does match the vibe so 🤷
Now i want a nekros entrati skin
he does fit the entrati vibe huh
wonder if someone's already made tennogen around that or not
and yea, ig the derelicts are separate, kinda
they're around deimos but not actually a part of it
What's the scoop behind the Orokin? text and the random glitchiness that just appears randomly? Maybe I already knew and forgot, I'm not sure.
Teaser for The Second Dream that never got removed.
Void Link Severed
Reason: foreign carrier detected. Origin: unknown. Suspection: tracking signal.
Reinitiating dipolar connection on novel carrier. Bio in standby for check and sync.
Motion compensation complete.
Selenic lensing locked.
Somatic control established.
Margulis implantation intact.
EVM status nominal.
War platform awaiting sync.
Initializing synaptic overlay... Good night, sweet angel.
Wait
Uriel proto is an Orokin???
Yes
We had some fun discussions in #spoiler-chat
Starts here, roughly
or at least after you have finished the second dream
Ok so dating an Orokin is not on my bingo card at all
Also he may be another member of the Seven
If so, the lore would be juicy
@restive river @desert oak
ignore this guys nevermind it's just AI being stupid
To quote one of my favorite MCU gags
"What the f-"
i
im like
at a loss
this is huge-
if you can get a video with it lmk, this is amazing
thank you
When I get home I'll try reversing the footage myself
Thank you!!!
attempting to reverse it myself, it just sounds like the chanting from the original video
the "RAZUL-TARAT KANUMMU" as it is in the captions of the original
i could be missing something, though
The poster did say he heard the same things we did, and only did attempting to transcribe yield all that
so I too am running it through a scriber
LOL
let me try a different site
its definitely weird that their transcriber is picking so much out of it, just not sure how it is
Ok some folks I know listened to it and used a similar software
This ain’t it
Oh nvm Bau’s here lol
LOL
the only other weird thing about this audio is it has some weird shapes in the spectrogram
but they line up with speech (forward and backward lol) so it checks out
He may ask Entrati to help him live forever
You get to live forever
The caveat is you will lose your mind
Yeah I'm now fairly certain the AI transcriber is shady or something and just saw the video was titled "Roathe Devil's Triad Old Peace.mp4" or whatever and then came up with all this
So
What is warframe anyway
How are they made
Are they unique or mass produced flesh armors
What part of the story are you at?
that's all kinda explained in The Sacrifice
if you've done that n don't understand, we can explain
if you haven't, i'd recommend doing that
Behold perdition’s physical form: Roathe, the first-ever Orokin Protoframe voiced by none other than René Zagger.

"Hell is a lie spun by madmen"
Seems like he's called the Heretic of Truth because he's questioning the Void?
I find it interesting he's orokin
We had some interesting discussions earlier today, I think it roughly starts here
I find it extra funny that he's wearing elegant armour only for it to give way to the chitin of uriel
Ngl I'm not a big fan of the tail on him or Uriel
mustve been a defector
or did it willingly to survive the collapse
i think it's well done. DE keeps removing tails from frames (valkyr heirloom )
I liked the clone theory, btw! It could be hilarious if it's true, I just personally don't think it's a possibility.
We had some interesting discussions earlier today, I think it roughly starts here
He would’ve become a proto long before the collapse.
Albrecht dipped mid Old War, he would have had to have made him then
im not hearing ANY of that ngl
yea they asked the lying machine and it told them something crazy
who would've guessed
wth is the lying machine 😭
AI
I'm fairly certain whatever program was used just looked at the title of the video and got all the information from there. "Old Peace, Devil's Triad, Roathe," etc.
Turns out this guy used chatgpt for it btw
ah, well yeah im pretty sure all transcriber programs would have to use that
oh lol why what
yeah he def wouldnt have gotten all that with a transcriber program lol
...
I don't know if this or general is the best place to ask this but I don't want to but in on the convo there so I'll ask here. Is there any particular reason there aren't any beds on the orbiter, in the backroom, or available for purchase? To my knowledge the closest is the zariman mattress. Do the tenno not need sleep or did DE just not add them?
You'd never use it anyway so they didn't add it because it doesn't affect gameplay not having it
Your Warframe has endless stamina because of Helminth
The operator has a gaming chair
Drifter has a sofa
Operator has the chair and the living quarters
Drifter has sofas and chairs galore
You can also effectively use the lounging couch from Duviri as a bed
To start it was most likely because of budget, time and the space it’d take in the room
Heck people have gotten creative enough in the backrooms to make them
I just turned the sofa closest to the balcony into a bed
I think to some extent DE doesn’t add certain things so we the community can get creative with it
Something something limitation breeds creativity
Problem solved
Adding a bed and animations for it would’ve been significant use of resources, and if they just added the bed on it’s own without animations like the couch, it’d take up a bunch of space without doing anything
Like just cause there’s no dedicated bed item doesn’t mean we can’t make one
It’s also just possible the Tenno don’t require sleep like they may not require food
They def require oxygen though so
Until she wants to lie down and clips under the pillows
Like they’re absolutely still human so it’s hard to tell what needs we still have, especially when most of it can be shown offscreen since
Seeing our tenno sleep is. Nothing
And with the design the room has it’d be kinda tricky to do a good looking in-the-wall bed, and that’d take up a bunch of wall space and mean expanding the room outwards in a part (and dealing with all the extra stuff that you’d have to do make it work
The bed in the wall?
She’s just under the covers :)
Even if they added an extension to the room specifically for a bedroom I feel like there wouldn’t be much of a point?
And then if added to the backrooms, you’d have to deal with people wondering why the Operator gets relegated to sleeping in the chair, and going back to add that
Like the Backroom is a whole living quarters as is with everything we need strewn about the place
There isn't even a sleeping animation
This all being said
I would kill for a Sleep/Dream frame
Like dedicated to dreams and sleep, nightmares and all
More than just making enemies go night night
No I mean like, one of those wall cubbies, like how some walls have built in shelves
That’d be cool
No ik I’m saying that there wouldn’t be much of a point if they took it a step further just to add more room
Cause
A whole bedroom is just more space
Which can be nice but when the space has no use you’re less likely to go to it
Like the living quarters on the Orbiter is probably one of the least visited places in any player hub
DE has only ever made one bed and we couldn't even use it
Oh also we literally have two beds in our Dormizone and we literally sleep on one in Angels for a bit :p
Not having access to one doesn't affect gameplay
It’d be nice for builders but as you and so many others have proven, it’s just not necessary since you can make your own!
Operator is always sitting down
Frame is given infinite stamina food and healing by Helminth
Drifter has plenty of places to lie down
And if any of them NEED a place to lay down that’s not in 99?
Dormizone
All base of Operations are just meant to be mission select tbh
The dormizone being just a home away from home
And the plug to a mass of void storms that threaten everything we hold dear
YES YES YES YES omg this would be the best
I looooove sleep and dreams and find them so fascinating
Bro might be the only person with a perfect sleep schedule
Hahaha -kicks my atrocious sleep habits and difficulty falling asleep under the couch- y e a h
The operator is adapted to sleep in the chair
Slept for thousands of years already, what is a little more
Drifter just goes back to pocket dimension, it may have a bed in there
Drifter can CE bedroom
I wish we could access Dormizone from Dojo
I RP as the Dojo being home to me and Wife
Well canonically dojos are a sort of home to the tenno
How did Roathe (Uriel protoframe) get to 1999?
We haven't got the update yet so we can't know anything about it
It is implied it is after 1999 though
oh ok
if anything its similar to how oraxia got to duviri.
We don't know how she actually got into Duviri
We just know she came back with the Island
Was pretty sure we do know?
Albrecht brought her with him to Duviri
We don't actually know that
Now, I personally am still lost on what he was doing there in the first place, but eh
All we know is she worked with Albrecht
And Wally used Albrecht's face to get Oraxia to serve him
We don't know if she came with Albrecht made by Albrecht or if it is another Kullervo type situation
Isleweaver was pretty lacking in the actual new lore department
Just watched darksector
Is it possible Eleanor is the Nyx in darksector?
Btw Darksector takes place is 2007
Dark Sector has no relation to Warframe.
Warframe is a spiritual successor to Dark Sector, but they do not take place in the same universe.
I see
Warframe has many references to Dark Sector, but those are nothing more than fan-service.
@raven urchin I mean they seem to be able to exist in the Zariman all the time no matter what so they probably have a bed.
No
Nadia Sudek is the Nyx from Dark Sector
Called Nemesis
The same to Hayden Tenno that it's not called Excalibur
Also, they wear the suits, not turn into it
Would be pretty cool if the Orokin slaughter was in the Old Peace quest
It won't be because Old Peace is a Peacetime during the Old War and the slaughter happened after the War ended
But, it Is possible that Old peace gives the reason for the slaughter
huh? we know the reason
combination of the tenno realizing that The Orokin Are Bad People and the lotus guiding them to, as she was instructed
The Tenno had plenty of reason already to slaughter the Orokin, they're just too busy actually fighting the war to try.
Also, if there was an Orokin Slaughter, since we always see only dax and grinner dying
I'm just saying, after old peace trailer, i'm doubting the entire lore
...why???
We know the order of events. We have the war, then there's a temporary peace, then war again, then sometime after the Orokin win that the Tenno slaughter the Orokin
voruna and grendel leverians depict the orokin getting slaughtered in one way or another
we know the night of naga drums happened, there's even a tiny flash of it during jade shadows
Yes, but more and more we see orokin reappearing
Can't catch 'em all that easily, sadly
And them being those deep state guys, who knows
ballas is the only weird one
the rest were hidden away on deimos (which was in the void)
idk what nihil did but he's in the glass now
we killed so many. and yet we have. less than 10 that escaped?
Wally may as well be just a minion from orokin deepstate
what
DE keeps giving plot twists bro, dont act like u dont see
only big plot twist recently is "there was a peace period during the old war"
which isn't unreasonable
You're punching ghosts.
It all makes sense in the end, but it is almost turning into a mexican novella
Ballas behind Erra...
heavily foreshadowed, and also intentional misdirection
Lotus is good,bad, good again
If you say so
she's easily manipulated, this was set up and used effectively
ig should say was. she seems to be stronger after tnw
Again, everything makes sense in the end
Do we have any idea as to when Deck 12 happened in relation to the story of Fortuna?
I wanna make a funny joke about ||Nightcap|| but idk if Deck 12 was 12 years ago or last week
legs lost his parents there, though that isn't much of a better time reference
so i was looking at the devis triad teaser and i noticed whaat sounded like reversed audio at the start so i did the logical thing an re-reversed it and got what sounded like "Pazuul Tarak Kanumish"
yea its just the chanting from the first trailer "razul-tarat kanummu"
side by side they do sound slightly different like Pazuul instead of Razul however that might be just an artifact
Yeah because why would the protoframes created during the old war chant about pazuul
could just be DE teasing that pazuul might have a major role in the next major plot point
I mean Ballas is kinda behind Lotus.
doesnt nesisiarily have to have a lore reason behind it
DE doesn't do unrelated teasing
the next major plot point is Tau so possibly pazuul might have a major part in that
almost definatly hunhow will probably be a part of that
Since we don't activelly fight Pazull, I agree
But he will be a refight Boss since we will keep hearing him in Archon
that's the big reason nothing has happened w/ pazuul
he has to remain there for archon hunts
MMMMM
Boss refights aren't canon
Yes, but take Vay Hek and Alad V as an example, they keep coming back, the same will happen to Pazull
He will not get a Ballas treatment
What'd be the point of a pazuul fight tho
well Vay hek we dont kill so yea he will keep coming back
idk to pay back a debt
Actually, that is it, Pazull is the Nef Anyo from Sentients
oh we will eventually fight nef at somme point
Possibly to try to "cure" him, or gain access to the intersolar rail to tau. But honestly when he rebuilds that I expect him to immediately jet off to Tau and make a mess there.
We could, alad V and Vay hek are there to prove it
assuming nef is alive post-new war
not really had an update on any board members since
Will he die or be cured though, I doubt
Maybe with new update we see
Of course, if it is not set to happen before NW
curing is a better option story wise come to think of it cause he could become space uncle
He is
Next update bounty dialogue mentions nef doing things
oh fr? cool
Paid attention during the devstream, I did
Nef is likely still alive, he seems to be doing VO for the mushroom missions which are post new war.
(all those, "unrealeased content" disclaimers apply)
would be unceremonious for nef to die offscreen or something
would be, but there's few twits who more deserve an unceremonious death.
nah hes to big a charector to die offscreen
I just wish Sergeant was replaced by John Prodman, a man more suited for the Job
Sergeant John, The Prodman
Srlsly though DE really should update The Sergeant
that man needs it
i love the sergeant as he is
funny little guy that dies in one hit is on brand for the corpus
-# i'm not opposed to a sergeant rework but he's funny as hell currently
its kinda sad IMO
brother is a remnant of what was Seargent Nef Anyo before the char split
;A; Got to rank 5 with the Cavia
Where does the name narmer come from? Did Ballas’ have a reason or did he decide “I like the sound of that word.”
narmer is the name of an ancient egyptian pharaoh, which unified upper and lower egypt for the first time
so there's some correlation there, i guess. but idk if there's an in-lore reason for the name
Unity of all faction under sentients ig?
Be it corpus goons, solaris worker, grineer clones, etc all serve one purpose in unity now
Under Ballas, not sentients
Narmer is less of a sentient based faction and more so a cult faction that pulls in everyone, including what remnants of sentients there are in the system (Erra, Archons, Praghasa’s corpse)
Yes it’s currently lead by sentients but it’s not a sentient faction
It’s led by a deranged sentient weapon piloting erras corpse around like a weekend at Bernie’s movie
The Archons are still sentients
But yeah
Sentients but… they don’t seem all there. Ya know?
I wouldn’t call it a sentient faction since there’s literally like 5 1/2 sentients :p
Ig you can say
They're not sentient any longer
They were forced to be weapons essentially
I’d be mad too if I got my head ripped off and grafted onto my enemy’s body
Like if the worm queen died and instead of someone like Vay Hek or Tyl Regor taking the throne… it was a butcher wearing the worm queens rotting body as a skinsuit. That’s modern narmer
the grineer queens kinda did that anyway since they kept body hopping into other clones lol
Yeah but the worm is still mostly herself. Honestly I don’t understand why she keeps trying to resurrect her sister. She seemed like she kept being bullied so you would think she would like to be on top
What
Also her design is way better than the elder sisters
Oh yeah, that’s the whole point of Kuva siphons, she’s trying to collect enough Kuva to bring her sister back from the dead. At least if I recall correctly
she says she is trying to
Kuva doesn’t bring people back
like you are assuming she is speaking the truth to the same troops she threathens of turning into protein slurry
Honestly I wish they did more with her. Hot take but I think she’s cute… like an ugly, tiny snake that keeps on opening its mouth to try and bite you but it’s so small you could obliterate it if it hurt you
But she is tho
Or was at the very least, probably lost the plot at some point
they don't actually do that ?
It was taken over by pazuul, technically speaking it's an orokin-founded omni-faction
They do
I wonder if the queens Kuva guards are grown that fat or if they have a strict cannibal diet to become so fat, I’m also shocked there’s such a thing as a fat grineer
Could be a smough situation where the armor just looks fat
yeah she makes multiple references to turning grineer soldiers who displease her to food
That would be really impressive considering it doesn’t look like armor, more like a big onesie
Games can not have fat armor that doesn't warp to ridiculous degrees
Or they just got really bad hosts
Or armor that doesn't warp in general
Why is it so hard for game devs to make armor stay solid
She is such an evil demon…
||wife material||
Wait a minute, bearer of the curse?
Well if there was some dynamic system that made the armor just magically adjust different parts like larger plates and more chains or whatever rather than just stretching it the hell out
Oh yeah. I got really sick for several months after a trip overseas so I made a joke where I was cursed in a foreign land, thus Bearer of the Curse
Gimme your souls I need to upgrade my swords
Seek seek lest
Back to wf lore what's the deal with orxvkl
what do you think voull ne xata vohk mara lohk sounds like if you were aiming for 100%requiem words
Ok but they don't get to give us that hint and then say "yeah nah that's not it" and have it be something completely new
Someone told me the devs mentioned Hydroid being Yareli's brother several years ago. Could someone confirm this for me?
pretty sure they didn't say brother, it was either dad or grandpa. still the same, not real lore, just devs messing around
unlike the whole deal with nokko that apparently started as a prompt for the art team and snowballed into they are actual siblings
Is it that they're actually siblings, lorewise?
we will have to wait until launch to really see
but if they really are commiting to those idle animations i think it's pointing to that
Nokko is a male right?
I am about to get into The Hex quest in a few days for the first time, and I am super confused about Albrecht and stuff. I would like to get answers from 1999 when I finally do it. However, I still don't understand, as I haven't bothered doing Necraloid or ranking up the family past rank 3 because the token grind is very very tiring. I generally understand the story of the Entrati family from the Wiki, but I just can't grasp Albrecht's lore at all while not trying to spoil myself. What the hell was he doing? Why was he hiding from the family? And more. I am completely lost with this man's lore. I get most of his lore, like with Loid and stuff, but overall, what the hell is going on with him?
there's not a huge amount about albrecht that isn't available through whispers
starting whispers opens up the requiem tablets in the necraloid room, which is normally locked behind entrati fam + necraloid standing
all of the logs dropped by the books in the labs
there's some stuff in the netracells iirc?
don't know if you want actual answers or not, as you've said you're avoiding spoilers
Everything before 1999
we barely have any info
but we could assume that it mostly the same like irl
and the "infested" maybe not exist until 1999
have you listened to the albrecht entries on the walls behind loid?
He’s a fun guy
I love him so mush
They're interactable?
I have no idea if he’ll be fun to play
But he looks fun
yeah go from left to right
You can tell their budget increased GREATLY
im glad they could afford sausage nipples for styanax
Funny you put Styanax in there since he’s one of the modern frames that look like the older ones
Uriel does too in my opinion
he basically: spawn mushroom, become smol (and unkillable)
I wonder if he designed Roathe too
brief runthrough, he was mostly researching wally and the void, though a billion archon shards were also dumped on him to research
don't think he was hiding from the rest of the family as Eularia (Mother) was also involved with some of the experiments
something about time travel, 1999 is important and would let him pull wally's attention away from the labs
(also something about taking samples from the protoframes and combining it with gray strain to make the Vessels?)
his main goal is defeating/killing/stopping wally at all costs, as he seems to consider himself the source of it
oh he mean game wise, I thought he ask what happen before 1999
Yeah, I’m not a fan of frames that are for locking down a single area
It’s like Qorvex, they’re fun and powerful but very stick in one spot
I’m hopeful he’ll still be fun for me, I am sure he will be
well Mukko does not stay in 1 spot though, he still have to move around to place mushroom and do bounce dmg
and his range seemingly really small so he need to spam them a lot
And the budget for primes too
He looks like he plays like Qorvex to me
or maybe, they have a different designer
It helped they started making primes whole new models
Like not just the helmet and maybe some filigree
Nah the entire model changes
beside his 3 which make him move a lot (idk how it would
synergize with other 3 abilities)
Just realized we'll be eating good with Roathe fanart for next week's Prime Time
I mean Nidus prime looks almost completely different, not modern prime different but still you can tell that they did change his model lot
I mean all the important bits are in the right place
the band going across the chest for one
It seems like they did change the model significantly
There's more texture, like his codpiece has the tendril-thingies connecting it to his thighs. Unlike older Warframes like Frost Prime for example
iirc they don't actually change the model, they just change texture maps and shi
otherwise they wouldnt be able to use the other skins with it
Yeah just going by my rudimentary knowledge of game design terminology
But like, the polygon count is different
Or whatever
Skins can change either just textures (eg: most tennogen skins) or the polygon model and textures (eg: deluxe, prime, heirloom and protoframe skins).
They do try to share a single animation model (probably a skeletal rig) across as many entities as possible, so animations can be assigned mostly independently of both skin and frame.
... which probably means everyone will be able to dance with Yareli now that I think of it.
To be fair
@celest needle Nidus prime changed a lot in like what his infestation and abilities look like.
Is it impossible to have the beast of bones back? What if when they turned him into a cephalon they infected the body whit the helminth strain and the protoframe for that frame is beast of bones
Or are there some limitations im unaware
Glassing destroys the original body
Dam😭
Unless you’re Nora B)
She got lucky and was never turned into a Cephalon
there might be two stages to the glassing, one the body frozen, then the mind converted.
Nora is an example of getting glassed and then unglassed
I still think Uriel was a orokin who got banished and turned to a warframe
She might also be lucky as we got to her quick enough; some of the others from the glassing scenes might have been left too long.
Loid's a cephalon and his body is still alive. The Necraloid has precepts and stuff
The loid cephalon was made as a copy of loid
"Dante shared the Entrati fascination with bones. I was content to let him explore our old burial vaults and ossuaries, but his request to examine my own replicated skull was a step too far. Otherwise, his manners were impeccable."
Otak is a Cephalon though
not a 1-1 copy, just a mock up
NecraLoid is a construct
It stings knowing Arthur does know and says he wouldn't hold it against us that we can and have erased past interactions
Maybe I should ruin the moment and say I kept doing it because I failed trying to date his sister
This could be reaching or reading too much into things, but some lines during ETA when Minerva asks if its possible to change Neci's future, Kaya says something about how "there's like a wall " preventing them from travelling further back then 199
Well that's a lot of room until 1999
I forgot ETA exists
Tbf there have been loops before we get to actually choose to reset
Yeah, but even though it's a game,it's taking a huge hit at my morals on how I'm depriving them of their memories
It's out of your control
If only I didn't keep messing up conversations,I wouldn't have the need to reset🗣️
not so much the statue, as the person it represents.
or the ideal he put forth really.
not without spoiling a lot of things
i dont care spoil it
They worship Parvos
A construct doesnt mean Cephalon Loid isnt a Cephalon
Its a sin in my religon if i worship any other
its a hand representing parvos' who stole from the orokin to built an empire. he built his empire on the idea of hard work gets you more recourses.
do u mean that robot dude
No
its not YOU who is worshiping it, but the Corpus faction.
Parvos is the founder of Corpus
yes
but i offered void stone so i can enter to the portal
thats not woshiping it.
I am Loid, cephalon servant to House Entrati.
Especially when Cephalon Loid says this
it is
Offering anything considers as worshiping for statues
You have a mighty interesting interpretation of worship there lol
Paying a fee to enter a place isn't worshipping
Is it worship when you pay your bus fare?
that is a statue
its a door really
People put coins in things all the time without actually worshipping it
in lore. not in real life.
I said the Corpus worship the man
If I come to worship your bus will you be unable to pay your bus fare?
Based on the flag in your profile pic you are Christian or no?
We don't worship Parvos we put a coin to enter a place
Sounds more like a problem of being unable to disassociate fiction from non-fiction.
nah nah, I get it, sometimes even in fiction if it heavily interferes with belief systems I understand if folks dont want to engage with it
The question is then, does it actually interfere with said belief system
or are we witnessing modern satanic panic
The latter
Kinda
if he is having problems with Parvos' hands, he is going to hate 1999 sol and lua religion.
It's not a religion. That good enough for you?
He’s gonna hate the new protos lol
Especially uriel
Like the frame
Ohh the orokin too
See stuff like that is why I'm sometimes glad I'm not religious
It's wild because I am religious in a relgion that says "you shall have no Gods other than me" and I've got zero issues playing Warmf
And the grineer religion is about drive and power
How old is that meme of a song
Cause it’s fiction
And technically our tenno aren’t shown to be religious
Probably cause there were no religions really in their time, just worship your golden lords
Frauds the tenno genocided
The orokin thought themselves gods
There's probably a few that lived on olympus(mars) intentionally
Unfortunately for them, they bled
An executioner(not executor) living on pluto would be funny too
Ballas should've lived on uranus because he's a-
Don't we also know where he actually lived?
Lua or mars iirc
I wanna say he lived on Mars
Lua was the general capital
I mean he likely lived at both
Wait what if ballas lived on olympus(mars)
No way he had one home ;p
He was more trapped in Lua because of Lotus
Yeah, he lived on Mars
“The empire is already at risk,” cried the shrill voice of another Executor, “Or perhaps you haven’t noticed from your cozy position on Mars.”
Sounds more like job place than home place
Yeah
They're rich enough to afford multiple
Didn't the Entrati mention having another
They’re rich enough that money basically doesn’t exist to them
A billion credits is like a penny to them definitely lol
I wonder if Parvos ever managed to be richer than them
Definitely not
Orokin were so rich they were def above money
They didn’t have to pay
They just said it and it happened
Like royalty and billionaires mixed together
I regret taking that option but i's for the wiki
Wuh
your username is not particularly specific ngl
A odd thing I have just thought of is how Grandmother could bail out Ventkids when she's stuck Infested on a moon on the other side of the System
Grandma got the credits
Wasn’t Olympus part of that riddle as the home of the gods for Mirage(s) quest?
Considering what we now have and know about the Orokin they could probably spin it into something like that
yes because it's named after the actual home of the greek(?) gods
Yeah I think another clue involved Calypso, Saturn
Why do Vome and Fass hate each other and fight forever?
Because theyre stupid
Aren't they like Siblings? 💔
one sibling brings chaos
the other sibling brings order
have you never seen siblings before
vome and fass are the most realistic depiction of siblings ever
have sibling, can agree
I would blow them up too if i was stuck on the same surface as them for our entire lives.
Tell me you're an only child without saying it exactly.
I think "spiritual" would be more accurate? but its a funny thing to think about. If you believed in a god or gods not based on faith, but based on hard evidence and personal experiences that cannot be explained away (like the Tenno's long standing relationship with Wally), does that even count as religious anymore? especially when technically you're trying to defeat/kill the god you know is real?
The Wall Man ain't a God
He's just an extremely powerful Void Entity
That said, yeah, if you know for a fact that the god in question exists, that's not faith
the term you're looking for is 'faith', not religion
I mean so far he's the closest thing to A god we have in the setting. Less omnipotent deity like Yaweh, maybe more like a Zeuz in terms of power?
Consider: in DnD the gods empirically are real, yet there are still religions
Or somewhere in between
Closest we have, yes
Doesn't mean he is one though
Be like calling Bill Cipher a god
He's close, but he's not quite there yet
I HATE how accurate that comparison is
Well it certainly depends on how you actually define a "god" anyways, but IMO it also comes to a certain point where if you're capable of doing the things we've seen Wally be capable of doing, with the ease he can as well, I think the distinction between "god" and "not god", especially compared to every other being that exists in the universe thus far becomes a bit meaningless
Also good point
Also to address the second part: I actually wouldn't necessarily dismiss any arguments in favor of classifying Bill as a "god" of some sorts, even if not a totally omnipotent one (although dang close), but different franchise so I wont dwell on that too much :p
wally is certainly powerful, but I refuse to label him a god because of how stupid that label gets when powerscalers get their hands on it
Thats also fair and I can see it being kinda cliched too
But I still don't know if I would call the Tenno religious, because they certainly believe in something that one could equate to at least a lesser "god", but they certainly do not worship it by any means
oh definitely not religious, the tenno, no
"Believe in" isn't quite the right phrase either
They know the thing exists (I think, unless that's just Rell and our Tenno character), but they don't put any trust in him whatsoever
Like imagine the most powerful warriors on earth (in any setting except Marvel/DC ) finding out that Zeuz or Horus were real and they're first instincts/reaction to that information is "we gotta kill them"
Consider that believing in a God and worshipping him are quite synonymous
When I say "believe in" I just mean they believe with 100% certainty that he (Wally) exists and is real. Yeah definitely no trust there tho
Still not using the phrase right, but I understand what you meant
I do wonder though if at this point there are still any skeptics of "void entities" in the Warframe universe. I would imagine they are very rare and stubborn
One thing i don’t understand in the games lore is how often/when the Tenno were in the second dream. I know Margulis worked with the Tenno to create the technology for it but Lotus also says that Margulis put the Tenno in the second dream. (And it’s implied the Tenno didn’t know about it or don’t know anymore. And then in the new war during the old war Flashback we clearly see the Lotus with the Tenno being awake and it’s said multiple times that the Tenno fought in the old war. But by that Point Margulis was already executed. So did the lotus place them back into the second dream? Why would they agree after the first time, from the operators comments we can see they aren’t too happy about it. Also wouldn’t they then remember when waking up cause they had already experienced it before so they should know what’s going on?
Anyone who hasn't experienced the Wall Man likely doubt he exists
Im not trying to get TOO semantical here :p
Considering the Whispers event with the Dojos and the fact that with all the stuff that needs doing in multiple Wally-related areas, our character can’t always be there for it, the other Tenno probably know too
Hmm
I missed Gargoyle's Cry, so I didn't know that
Yeah and I don't think that would leave a whole lot? Maybe some people in the Corpus are aware because of Parvos's experiments, maybe? The Grineer I think only the ones who are deployed to either Lua, the void or Zariman would be aware (before dying)
The infestation 100% knows whats up and are scared AF of it
No, that would not leave a whole lot
I think you have most of it covered tbh
I sincerely doubt they were put back in and it was just the one long time, and the fact that the schools existed at all seems to mean that they found a way to control themselves in time back then, just that the Tenno forgot because it's been so long since then.
that doesnt really make sense to me. The schools represent operator power and in the new war we see specifically that during the old war the tenno were fighting in operator form. They cannot do so while in the second dream as that requires the operator to be in a capsule. We also know that by the end of the old war (so the time of the flash back) Margulis was definitely already executed. But the lotus also says that Margulis was the one who put us into the seconnd dream. And we know that between the end of the old war and up until the second dream quest the tenno are in it again. So either they were in multiple times, or im misunderstanding something/there is a plothole
It is quite funny the stark contrast you either got "well hes a god so hes gotta be powerful" or "the term god is meaningless"
At most it might be used to like prove dominion over a concept
To a degree
Or the second dream was a temporary solution until they could get a better handle of themselves through Transference and then they just kinda left the kids on Lua since it wasn't that big of a deal after they settled down. The pods on Lua would've been what they had to work with.
I dont think I quite follow the scenario you describe. Are you saying they were in the second dream until the old war and then awake from then on?
No I'm saying they were in it the whole way through, then they got a handle of themselves so the "dreaming" part didn't matter that much as they could control their Operator selves, then they took the fattest nap in existence after the Orokin fell and just forgot everything.
I can't imagine someone sleeping for 1000+ years is going to have the best handle of their memories
I wonder what the canonical LVL is. Not from a mission or game design perspective but from a lore perspective what level would be most accurate to gauge the strength and survivability for our enemy units
I wonder how Eleanore gets ahold of elemental vices.
The coda weapons she probably grows
The arcanes she probably finds or builds
The elemental vices are unique tho… my working theory is that she lays them like an egg
My head canon on elemental vices is that they're tied somehow to the man in the wall because he gets pissed when we do alchemy, and what we do with kuva/tenet/coda weapons is kind of like alchemy.
How would they be tied to Wally
The vices can be purchased in the market so it’s not exclusive to Eleanor
She probably finds them
Also, keep in mind Vices are also rewarded by Temporal Archimedia
We have 3 places we can get them
Eleanor
Fixing the timeline
Literally just the system’s marketplace
I still wonder, for the Operators, when they control the Warframes are they mentally in the frame moving it like they would their own body? because my other thought was they ARE us playing warframe and they're just remote controlling them
first one iirc
first one is most logical yes
both could be fun headcanons to me
Second one doesn't make as much sense because they weren't aware of their Operator origins in the first place and that doesn't really work if you need to be aware you're remote controling it in the first palce
Do the stranded corpus and grineer kill squad on Deimos know about each other?
Well the grinner is a Squad of Soilders that is seemingly just going around killing infested where as the Corpus is a Single Scientist getting samples. So I would say probably not. But mostly because most people that come their either die or do what they came to do and then leave.
@eternal sand Slight correction. The grinner are a group of basically stranded grinner that are seemingly just surviving on the planet. Latrox goes back to ship whenever the Bounty is over.
The orokin were monsters, right?
Physically they were somewhat but yes morally
I mean they are just normal humans with body mod tech. Anyone could look like them if they had access to the tech. Also some of them chose not to look like that. But they are a evil ruiling class if that's your question.
But we can't say all Orokin are terrible we are allies with a family of them.
But there is a lot of lore about orokin doing terrible things.
Also we have killed every Orokin that isn't from the Entrati family we have meet so far. Or tried to.
The only survivor currently being The Worm Queen.
Well then its possible they were cruel to children that were not tenno and may or may not turn give then the helminth strain an turned them into warframes
Oh they they continuity into kids. We know that. Also they hated the tenno.
The Queens try to do that to us.
yareli prime is
well, not a child, but young, as she was a yuvan
n she got warframed
Also Yareli was supposed to be a Yuvan
But was turned into a warframe.
Ballas' Yuvan specifically.
Also in the Voruna story a orokin also tried to continuity into Vorunas operator.
So you’re telling me that Garv and co have been surviving in, what is likely the most dangerous part of Deimos with no protection from spores or the elements off sheer hate? That’s Badass
Not hate but yeah.
i know she has a whole room dedicated to her on lua
It's jn the
I forget the Name It's in tbe codex @barren jasper
yeah that too
leverian
Yeah that's where the story is told.
the defunded leverian
Like @serene agate
This is one of the ways the orokin could live so long thet would transfer bodies.
I hope we get more leverian content. Genuinely so cool. Maybe… Garuda?
I mean anyone could do it but the orokin where the ones that had access
And where permitted to do it.
The orokin are just normal people that where the ruilikg class.
So there can be a child that was turned into a gremlin or imp
Warframe
I mean Yareli is the youngest frame we have
Cuz of what we just said.
Also the Orokin can continuity into things that aren't kids it's why the Queens are in grinner bodies
That’s not continuity. Continuity is boring your consciousness into something. The Orokin weren’t ageless or immortal, instead they mentally destroyed children to burrow into their minds and overtook their consciousness. After that they likely got surgery to make their skin blue and arm Long
Well
Then, 60ish years of regular aging and then it’s time to get a new kid
Young or exotic.
Not exactly true they could live a long time
They just also wanted new bodies.
Like Ballas didn't need a new body he just wanted one.
They can clone skin and organs and every.
It's how Loid "heals" Albretch
Just the Orokin are so vain as to be evil.
What does exotic even mean in context to the Orokin? All ethnicities must have evened out somewhat
Idk
It's what's stated.
But they could live a very long time. Cuz if the things I said
They just are very very vain.
Operator: “what do you mean by exotic?”
Teshins ghost: (turns and points to drifter) “you’ll understand when you’re that old.”
they treasured uniqueness iirc
that's why the twins that would become the grineer queens were outcast or whatever
there were two of them
If only the Orokin could see the worm queen now. Definitely the most unique looking Orokin
if we are counting proto frames either her or kaya
she's 19 i think?
is the drifter/duviri content considered spoilers? what happens if i join a mission, see a low mr and transfer into drifter?
generally, yes, and they'll see drifter
im in the wrong channel thanks for answering though
so i’d be spoiling the game then, right?
eh
depends on how much they see and if they think about it
innately, no. i usually try to hide it if i need to use transference though
I mean new MR players wouldnt be able to make the connection, unless you deliberately flaunt your drifter in their faces
i got very self conscious cause i was on hydron (where i level up my stuff) and wanted to rank up an amp, while i was doing that i noticed one of my squadmates being a mr5
warframe is usually too fast paced for the new tenno to notice
so i stopped there and swtiched back to nezha but still…. idk
there was an mr 4 in the help threads asking about new war so i don't even know where the line is anymore lmao
just run ESO and hang out in drifter
ive seen people recommend ESO forEVER but i keep going back to my first love hydron 😭
thank you both
ESO is technically better cause the enemy spawns are endless between rotations, unlike Hydron.
And you can get free pre-refined Void Relics from the rotation rewards.
But you have to be able to kill the enemies faster for it to be better for affinity, which is harder than Hydron cause they are higher level. Unless you are already high MR and can put a decent amount of mods on unranked gear, you need a dedicated nuker teammate.
Leeching off the nuker is the most efficient way to bulk rank gear regardless, but.
I wish hunhow had more use other hiding on Europa. He was a major clutch during new war, but I wish he had more value
I have no doubt he'll be getting an active role come the Tau arc
Pazuul is still piloting around Erra's half-alive remains after all
If they're on sedna they know about operators
He's. On uranus. Not europa.
Turning my dojo into a refuge for as many npcs as possible. This fit lore?
kinda, yeah
Relays kinda work that way already so a Dojo being similar wouldn't be too weird
I just like the idea of providing safe housing for as many as possible

Feels in chara for my operator
You can actually research NPCs in bash lab to invite and place in dojo
Yeah been doing that
Orokin Neural sentry is the most powerful thing in the game, because it can corrupt basically anything
Even assassins and death squads aren’t spared lmao
true,,
Can’t Corrupt a Warframe though
well it might be able to, just not when a Tenno is controlling it
Whoever made the Neural Sentry absolutely cooked
And it doesn’t even do anything nefarious, just “stop tresspassing before i make you”
"Stop tresspassing before i make you ask others to not tresspass"
I did not know this and will go out of my way to do so now
Okay so, how and why does Roathe exist? do we have any idea how that came to be yet?
None yet
We gotta get past The Vallis Undermind first, probably
Gotta wait for Old Peace
scam spam bot thing I'm guessing
So what rank was Roathe before he embraced the demon within?
So we know the drifter has ahold of Party of your Lifetime and it can survive the gap to the modern future. Could it survive the walk into duviri? Can I get Dominus Thrax’s opinion on On-Lyne?
duviri is a place that can be visited, i'd imagine so
thrax also entered the dormizone for a while, so its not like he couldn't leave either
the only thing stopping u is gameplay. DE gotta add this
DE. Please. Let us introduce On-Lyne to more NPCs
Thrax would sit completely still while listening to the entire song, replay it because he “wants to make sure he heard it properly” then, once it’s finished, stand and tell you that you have abysmal tastes in music
xD

Ballas would tell you “no I already know it’s dumb without listening” and then play it on loop in secret
Bombastine would snap the cd and make you listen to his rap single
Also, just want to say Bombastine is easily the best, his voice, his mannerisms, his unnerving mask, his name being so obnoxious, I love him!
Blue, so he's at least above Archimedians.
Well Blue doesn't necessarily mean rank.
tbh all Orokin is above any normal skin Human
even if they are low rank Orokin
i thought blue meant higher rank orokins? then again everyone in duviri is blue
There's nothing that mentions having blue skin as being higher rank. Duviri doesn't have any bearing on the caste system either.
Blue skin = rich person
Thats it being a blue skin means you have significant wealth and influence there's no bluer skin there's just richer and more influential blue skins
There the 1%
youre either blue da ba dee da ba di or youre not, theres no blueness purity test
one thing i dont understand tho, i thought the orokin preferred symmetry and such, so why the one longer arm thing?
- Hippos, the lot of them
- Big arm mean big generousity
In the zariman vents you can find a hologram of an executor explaining why. Smth, about extended arms to symbolize their extended generosity toward peasants
They actually prefer asymmetry, or at least uniqueness
A Story once lost
Recovered by fate
The tale of two sisters
Who bore the same face
Born one quiet morning
Amidst the great war
All elders were gathered
For this life's new dawn
Confused and bewildered
They judged them amiss
For they never witnessed
Two self-same as these
A mirrored reflection
Had come into life
By will of their father
Kept safe from the knife
Their sameness was shunned
As slave-like and soiled
They tended their strays
Rejected by all
i remember seeing the symmetry preference thing somewhere ages ago, maybe it was old lore that got retcon'd or im just misremembering things
Nah they do still prefer symmetry
hm, I wonder will these thermia fractures affect the underworld thing
Prob not
Lore-wise yes, but I doubt the in-game Undermines will be affected by the recurring event
it would be cool if there were changes when fissures are active, though
Maybe there will be fissure decorations in the walls of the undermines. Like having the thermia flow from the ceiling making a pillar, or a river of thermia under one of the bridges
A special time limit objective with thermia flooding the area
That’d be really cool tbh
3rd Orb Fight is just Exploiter again but this time underground
Hm
I remember hearingthat the Orokin only like symmetry in objects
Or in things they don’t consider consider people
They don't care about symmetry, they care about uniqueness
That's why the twins were shunned
Weren’t they shunned cause twins are akin to clones and dualism was thrown out?
Also I’d absolutely say they do care about symmetry, just not really when it comes to people
I can see a possible connection but I don’t believe there’s anything concrete
Yeah nah it's just that they "had the same face"
So clones
Again I don’t believe it was about their symmetry but more so being akin to clones and clones being viewed as a workforce
Which the queens gaining power is funnily enough what I can see the Orokin being afraid of
Nope, not clones. They were just born as twins
I’m not calling clones
Oh wait
Yeah and the Orokin would definitely not like the clones because ew stinky Grineer, so we're on the same page there
Yeah :p
<would like to mention they were conjoined as well>
The twin queens were?
You'll need to back it up with some source for that, was this in some interpretation of the poems? some event operation?
I know the queens were the same voice doubled in some old Vor trailer, but I would like to see which part of the poem you're refering
ok nvm i thought it was a thing but it isnt
unless im gaslighting myself do to lack of sleep
Well, if asking worked as a incentive for some re-checking on the lore tabs, all good then
The archives name it really easy
I forgot to add “don’t”
Has the jumpscare in Flare/Lizzie DMs always been there?
Maybe I missed something but was it ever stated why the Solari on Venus are like machine headed people with organic bodies?
They get augmented to do work
Oftentimes they have to work more to pay for those augments
Although sometimes they get the augments in the first place because the Corpus repossessed their limbs, either mechanical or biological
I get "augments" but in the innitial story, Thursby claimed not to have any augments but still had a machine head
Well
Spoilers for Rank 5 Solaris but ||Their heads are actually in the compartment in their chest||
I’d imagine they get the head thing also for work reasons, given they’re always working in hazardous environments
It feels almost mandatory for adults
I see
So I know that the other Codas die when the frontman is ready to be vanquished or converted, but do they sorta live on in their hive mind when you do convert said frontman to make it your infested buddy?
Like do they just freely download themselves in there to be safe or are they all kinds of dead?
I have a question
So umbra when he confronted ballas with his son, at that state was he considered a “Protoframe” ?
No?
@marble night he wouldn't have Had any helminth in his body when he "confronted ballas" unless you mean a different time? If you mean in the flash backs also no he has a unmodified verison of the helminth it's why he can't talk cuz he's like being rapidly consumed by it. The protos are protos cus they have a modified version of the helminth given to them by Albretch.
Think trc meant when Ballas talked to umbra during the sacrifice memory sequences
Yes that
I don’t understand the helminth bit
Ballas talked to Ballas? I mean he definitely would
(Meant Ballas talked to umbra)
Umbra tried to snitch on ballas, ballas caught him, warframe'd him, made umbra kill his own son
So the act of warframing someone is from the helminth itself?
Helminth is simply too goated
Yes. Every warframe is made by infecting someone with the helminth virus and then molding them. We just copy the already created warframes.
@marble night the helminth also upkeeps our warframes.
I’m pretty sure they just make new codas when the band dies
So, the former
I think, it's a classisist system, when it began they were all corpus, but those that got the most in debt were turned slaves, forcefully augmented to work, and than their children would always be prepared to suffer augments, things you can see on the Vent Kids, Eudico is said to have been a Vent Kid for example
In a way, the infestation is never dead? Since they are a hive mind their thoughs live on in the hive
A protoframe is only those who were injected by Albretch batch, which was made to evolve slower than the Helminth usual one
Helps they’re in a timeloop too
Ofc they will succumb to it but we will never see that as it’s outside of the loop
It was always a Pyramid scheme
Looks at Parvos’ imagery:
pyramid:
🤯
I still don’t get what happens with pazuul after all these quests
Erra is dying, uses crystal to keep him alive and turns into Pazull. Was it himself, was it someone else behind the curtains? Keep watch for the next chapters
They should have gone there sooner, I’d like to save erra but we got duviri and 1999 first
pazuul has to remain for archon hunts
which is part of the reason nothing's happened with him
Almost
Pazuul hijacked Erra's body
But the boy is still alive
Wait, so there's actually two entities in Erra's body?
Yes
Erra and The Ram
I trully thought it was just a new helmet, one that he has arcanes on
Nira's helping to keep Erra suppressed for now
erra breaks through in dialogue every once in a while
I seeeee
assuming it isn't Pazuul being a sick jerk and pretending to be Erra breaking through
Which WAS a theory I encountered once
oh that's absolutely a possibilty, yeah
But otherwise, Erra is definitely still in there
Do we know how Kullervo got into Duviri?
Like wasn’t it said Kullervo was a protoframe who boarded the Zariman?
Sometimes the timeline of the old war is such a mess
It's unclear how he was sent into the Void, but he was ended up landing in Duviri after that.
Presumably it was punishment for trying to kill Ballas
He's definitely not a ProtoFrame— that term refers to humans who are injected with a specific type of Helminth serum based on already pre-existing Warframe serums.
Mmmh interesting
So like ballas just send Kullervo out into the void? Cause he couldn’t have known about duviri right?
Where in the world did you even get that
No, he wouldn’t have known of Duviri
He likely just banished him to the void
Idk I thought they said it somewhere on a devstream or something
Things just kinda
Fall into Duviri, likely cause it’s the only place to fall into
Lotus’ hand, Teshin, Kullervo
All just kinda fell in
Or it was a theory in here I think
Well that is inaccurate and does not work with the timeline
There were no frames at the time of the Zariman
Mmmh I guess I heard it wrong somewhere
Even the Zariman frame Gyre is just based off the dancer named Gyra, she isn’t her cause she literally can’t be
It would be neat for a Kullervo proto tbh, though I think his story is enough for him
That's not what proto frame means.
Time of Departure
Wait he tried to kill Ballas? I thought it was more convoluted: Kullervo likes Ballas > Kullervo kills Ballas's rivals (who are Orokin) > Ballas finds out and doesn't like thie cause you're NEVER suppose to kill Orokin no matter what > Kullervo gets punished (left out a lot of other stuff for brevity)
Well he didn't get punished really. He tried to but Kullevro fled when they tried to get him. He helps the tenno when they arrive back in the system and talks to them and that they should rebel like him. He even attacked certain Orokin Lans and stuff to buy time for tenno. During the night of Naga Drums is when he goes to Kill Ballas.
And Ballas defeats him and throws him into the void or something and that's how he gets to duviri.
Neewa?
Oh for The nidus quest. I mean she if you let her will keep the cycling going but you can break it. Her and her people move into a relay which is fine. @mystic anvil
eh? no she won't, letting neewa choose makes her decide to be the last one like her
so I can either give them a new home or kill a kid
she dies either way
Wait slightly wrong
so if I cure her she dies?!
the myconid survival method makes the person not live very long
oh curing her will let her live yes
ima save her ty goats of the lore
Letting her decide will make her choose to cure herself
Oh right nvm
@mystic anvil
so whats up with these sun moon and neutral questions anyway is it just like a moral check
nope
It's more Yin and Yang.
Two sides of 1 coin. Not good or bad
no good/bad thing, it's action without thought vs calculated decisions
Yeah
Sun is intense and passionate (if even a little thoughtless) and Moon is, as Scrap said, calculated
I see I see is there any choice in the game that changes it for long term? except for the lotus one ofc
No
Unfortunately most of the Sun dialogues make you sound callous so i don’t like them
The lore got so confusing for me recently
Back in the day Warframes were said to be uncontrollable berserkers (after some time alright) and needed the Tenno to mantain control all the time, but now it seems some were more composed and could control themselves without the need for the Tenno
Untrue
How is it untrue if Ballas says it in the Sacrifice? I may have misunderstood though
You take ballas' word?
the sane ones are the exception
The lair Mc liar face?
but it's also extremely likely that the "insane" frames just wanted to go for the orokin instead of the sentients
Like the person that's a master manipulator? Blames all the Orokin for him killing his girlfriend? @raven urchin
That's who you're gonna believe.
The person that Varazia Says is just a liar.
"What do you mean Evil Villain that lied was lying? Never"
Well there's the thing that they're "berserkers" in the eyes of their creators... and torturers, manipulators, employers of the child soldiers, etc etc, so..
What reason would he have to lie to Hunhow
Oh I wonder
Why would he lie to Hunhow? Would it be cuz he just wanted lotus to he margulis 2?
Anyway In the sacrifice he says they didn't listen to them.
Not they went crazy.
I think the frames just mostly wanted to kill the people that made them into warframes and not the sentients they where supposed to kill.
"It was that somehow, from within the derelict-horror, they had learned a way to see inside an ugly, broken thing-- and take away its pain" It is a lot more about how they were in a state of berserker than just being "traitors".
That also shows how little the Orokin understands regular humans
They didn’t know what Empathy is
I mean you would need to do this with anything or anyone if you want them actually listen to you. It's just empathy.
is there something to do with the hey kiddo*? who is even saying it?
Man in the Wall
oh
What key?
so ig nothing to do with it
Gotcha, just lay down the sarcasm though, it was trully confusing for me
Fair.
What key do you mean?
i mean what can be done with man in the wall when bro says hey kiddo
how?
Randomly
so ig i walk around in my orbiter and find the jumpsacre when it happen next
Bro, it was a joke, there's nothing you can do with Wally right now
I could of swore somewhere in his lore there was like a one-sided admiration for Ballas or something
Yes Kullevro was gay and loved Ballas. But that's not what you where wrong about.
Oh then I am all kinds of confused
I wouldnt say that theyre "uncontrollable berserkers" but theyre definitely not all immune from the loony bin
We have a neat spectrum of warframe madness from Dante (not mad), Kullervo (half-mad), Rhino (feral mad)
Or rather more accurately it would be "infested madness"
Thank you, that is my point
What are the crucibles in the alchemy mission actually for?
Back in the day there was no frame without infested madness, and all their achievments were through a Tenno "wearing" them
Now we see more and more frames that worked by themselves
relevant kimulacrums regarding the Infested admission of the existence of madness
their number is still an extreme minority
almost always an exception
heehee make element
There are those however we can't know if it was the frame or the operator, like Nezha and Yareli
I wouldnt exactly say "no frame" but uh, Tenno negated it so its wouldnt have to be a consideration
But like. Fishonacci seems to be convinced itll help beat the indifference
And I trust fishnose.
nah, nezha is very heavily implied to be tenno controlled
Thats why Drusus was written to wonder what does Nezha want with them kids
because it was supposed to draw a link that Nezha was being piloted by a kid
It's outright stated some of the personality remains in the frame. Just enough to influence how it acts when piloted
I took that as Nezha being also a kid
Since it's frame complexion and legend behind
Which also elevates what makes that horrendous joke so atrocious
it parallels ash's leverian where drusus has a similar question
I seee
Yes, like how the operator called Isaah their son
Hmm
If any of the Orokin managed to perform Continuity into an Operator (Tuvul, Elder Queen)
Would they even know how to use their new bodies? They’d probably be mid at controlling a Warframe considering The tenno do it best via emphasizing with their frame’s trauma
who?
How’d you end up saying Mika lmao
Have you never forgot a name before
?
Fair
Yeah. But orokin arrogance means they assume they could do the job better anyways
Sounds about right
I wonder how the game would be if Tuvul and the Elder queen became Tenno
Beyond them being automatically bad at being a Tenno
Maybe something closer to the Emissary
Arlo?
Total sentient domination in the new war followed by ballas wiping out the solar system then getting his shit wrecked in tau
Yes
Ion remember what Arlo was like
You know, controlling the masses as a god on the solar system, actually controlling others, manipulating and overall void power
Not that different from what the Queens already did, but with real power
Who is Ion?
I thought it was, but had to check
Shout out to all the people saying we WOULDN'T time travel back to tau in the old peace
Drifter getting a face lift too kinda confirms we are going back in time
Drifter also getting a face upgrade doesn’t confirm anything except Drifter is getting a face upgrade
Operator getting 1999 haircuts didn't mean anything, why would this?
Also, like... Who said that?
The main thing is we're going through memories and not just the actual past
The quest doesn’t even involve Drifter outside of Drifter getting a new ability because Operator did
Drifter never had the memories of Tau because they were trapped in Duviri after a stay on the Zariman
"after a stay" like they weren't also trapped on the Zariman is diabolical wording lol
Quite evil if I may say
That was because of Umbra’s whole thing with the memory, with all our foundry-made frames it’s just “bits and pieces” of what used to be there from the og mind in the og frame, not even enough for the drifter to consider them proper memories
It’s just really basic muscle muscle memory stuff
Rebecca specifically saying something like "what could this mean" when talking about it also kinda helps
