Check out the calculations of how damage mods work. Damage boosts from different sources generally stack way better.

e.g don't stack +damage, but try combining +damage, +elemental, +fire rate.

Let's say your gun deals 100 damage, and you put 2 mods on that each add +50% damage. Your gun then does 200 damage.

If you instead equip 1 mod that adds +50% damage, and +50% electric damage... Your gun now deals 225 damage.

It's something like this, I'm not very good at the maths myself. But generally different damage boost types are way better

If you progress through the story you actually unlock something that makes Amps stronger later on. Go check out the arcanes and amp adapters in Chrysalith (holdfasts) for sure, Eradicate is a great arcane. But other than that, your next huge boost would be in Perita Rebellion which I can't spoil

You can always do one run of normal circuit to rotate your warframe choices.

Playing solo will help you learn how to rely on your own gear. Multiplayer will always be, and always has been, people clearing rooms instantly

Really if you just put the correct elemental type against the faction, the weapon's base damage mod, and some fire rate + reload speed you'll be able to handle all of Steel Path.

Surviving however is harder, you'll want to learn shield gating, how damage resist stacks with armour, etc

also if you don’t hold direction keys (at least wasd) and just tap melee you won’t slam into ground from archwing. alternatively if you do just start aimgliding and you should still likely keep enough altitude assuming you started from high enough

Start building a forma everyday, it becomes habit.

A pretty good general goal I'd say is to reach MR 17 so you have access to every weapon in the game
My current goal rn is reaching MR30, and via having that Goal I've done alot of grind that I would've never done without it

my idea is all of his abilities now apply a status called fear that reduces enemy movement speed and armor, once an enemy hits 10 stacks of fear, they are automatically converted into a shadow, and when he kills an enemy or converts them into a shadow through fear they give him a remnant (think nidus' mutation stacks), depending on how many remnant stacks you have, your abilities will get stronger (desecrate gets more range, he can have more max shadows, his abilities apply more fear, etc)
