Yes, especially with his exalted weapon Noctua, which autoscans enemies to your codex, has a nutty cc and cd with its alt fire and iirc, can equip unlimited tome mods. He should be built for range and strength when modding. His Final Verse (4) is a frequently used ability so Precision Intensify is always a good choice on him.

In my experience, finding certain gems and ores depends more on where you go on the map than what tool you use
If you turn left leaving the necralisk and go to the edge, you’ll get more heciphron

then it rotates to the next person, if theyre off somewhere where you arent, thats just bad luck

you can have more than 10 traces on the ground, but as soon as you grab 10 the others disappear

Gara has always been broken. Think of Sevagoth but 60m+ range. You can clear the whole Taranis - Void defense in SP pressing 4 > 1 (while also stacking millions of contact damage). The malus should be that damage is more on a horizontal line, so enemies that are too high or too low from you don't get hit. I think TheKengineer has a guide for that build.

when theres only ~1/4 duration left on the exoliser you can just leave it, even if a thrax turns up it wont cap it (unless its end of the relic rotation when the game pauses...they continue capping when its paused cos it was the only way DE could fix the bugged disappearing/perma uncapturable nodes)
