at -80% recoil with the evo, so its more than manageable

You will need one repaired plating for valance fusion. Once youu have one repaired, you can highlight another "?" plating, then chose Inspect. It'll then show stats. You can then go back to the repaired one, choose Valance Fusion (lower middle icon), then fuse the scrap into the repaired plating to boost the stats on the repaired plating.

Do this enough and you get maximum stat plating

Then you just use Ironclad Matrix from the Plexus mod screen in the Aura slot.

It sounds a lot but its not. Just doing your bounties for the areas I mentioned will get all the arcanes available maxed out in no time. Mods will take awhile since it's a lot of endo + credits + farming for the mods themselves but just take your time.
