in a 1999 mission, kill things until they drop a little CD icon. Typically Exterminate or Capture. Then, run up to a computer and hack it. That will spawn a Coda Lich.
Kill the lich by farming missions and equipping the right Parazon mods. That'll give you around ten-no Eleanor Currency. Use these to buy a Coda Weapon from Eleanor.

Movement speed is your base walking speed.

Not sprint speed. it's multiplicative with your sprint buff, but for frames that walk slow and run slow, a 30% boost to base movement speed just by having okina incarnon on your loadout is a godsend, like for Hildryn.

To be fair I generally don't really use gear wheel item, unless I'm sorta forced into a corner to do

2nd and 4th ability is dash type and they work together better since 2nd ability cause random 5 status with 10 stack if that enemy is dead it will spread to other enemies and 4th ability let you dash at enemy and does more damage on enemies that has status
