dispo is a multiplier on the riven, and the dots aren't exactly the most reliable indicator, you're better off looking at wiki to see the dispo than the dots cus the dots vary quite a lot

capture/disruption are generally the most efficient for time spent per reward
you can do defense if you have a nuker, since its 3 waves its also fast.

Rank 1, it’some uncommon resource like gallium,
Rank 2 is a forma,
Rank 3 is an orokin catalyst or reactor depending on syndicate
Rank 4 is 2 Aya
Rank 5 is 3 Aya

There are also credit costs but tbh by the time you’re able to rank up high enough to the higher ranks, credits aren’t a huge issue

Melee. He's an anti-ranged specialist. and although he has like little short range speed blinks he does sometimes when approached but he doesn't really do them that much when he's going into riot shield mode. So just slap him. He tends to be one of the easier ones for me, cause I tend to favor/enjoy melee.
