Hey people, is the Artemis Bow Prime (Ivara exalted weapon) broken? Cause the charged time is working weird.
I have a Exergis with a Riven mod with negative fire rate and its affecting the Artemis Bow when I'm sure it shouldn't do it.
Happens with other weapons too (Edit: primary ones only), positive or negative, if I have a Riven with a modifier to fire rate it affects the Artemis Bow.
