Yeah it's just the nodes with added difficulty, like +100 levels, increased armor, but also increased mod and resource drop chances.

The big thing are Acolytes, who show up every 3-8 minutes. They act like Stalker minus the door locking, and drop Steel Essence (a currency you can trade with Teshin at a relay).

The only things I think it actively changes besides stat buffs are newer content.

Duviri Circuit has a new reward pool of Incarnons/Rivens/Kuva rather than Warframes. The Orowyrm boss fights of the other game modes have other unique mechanics.

The Dark Refractory bosses are also different, slightly. For the ||Prime Vanguard,|| for example, after defeating them all, you then have to fight all 6 at the same time.

There's also secret Superboss variants of Captain Vor, the Efervon Tank, and The Fragmented Tide.

It even happends when im with people, just reactand does not drop for me, just for me, when my kill is assisted it does tho
