you will slowly lose standing/drop down in ranks if they're enemies/unfriendly to your current pledge.
however if youve previously ranked up with a syndicate (paid their prices) you can gain those ranks back without paying those items again, just need to gain the standing again.

oh, no, you can do it solo, it just takes a while because you cannot stop all the raknoids

you should play in public if possible.

i usually do thermia and exploiter solo, its still a slog though.
thermia is like 5min cos of the cannister/fissure timer.
exploiter is ~7min +/- a bit.
so total time investment for 1 run would be 12-15min

going in a group lets you stretch thermia further though since only the person who interacts with the console gets it consumed i think

also if we segway back to primes, you should run relics in pubs. Higher chances of getting some good loot

theres some quote somewhere along the lines of "if given the option players will optimize out the fun" thats what going to level cap in VC is. you can do it on other missions for fun, but void cascade is just more profitable hence not much reason to do the other endless missions

right now id personally say its probably between citrine nokko and gyre just because citrine's is wildly expensive, nokko's requires r5 with nightcap which is not achiveable in the roughly 3-4 hour grind that frames are typically, and gyre just cuz of if you get screwed over by rng but she didnt feel to bad to grind when i did do it even tho it did annoy me

Honestly, there's several opinions on this.

Citrine is often cited as the worst, but she wasn't too bad for me.
Caliban is usually a nightmare unless you just really like bounties.
Gyre is considered painful because of her bounties.
Voruna is a grind, and then some.
Hildryn requires a lot of investment to get to, and then even more to actually get.
Sevagoth isn't exactly a walk in the park either.
From there, some people hate the Kdrive, so they say Yareli.
