This build should be able to handle SP zariman no problem. You don't need rank 10 mods, just rank 8 is good enough. It's optimized for a big larva, but you can cut some range if you want.

good XP farming nodes for leveling are Saturn > Helene, and Sedna > Hydron.
both usually have a decent amount of people queueing for it around the clock.

Oh neat little trick, @strong field . You can actually rank up steel meridian (and by extension red veil) without sacrificing your standing with Suda/hexis. You specifically pledge to Suda or Steel Meridian, and they'll passively level up whatever syndicate they're friendly with. Suda will cost you a bit of standing with Veil, though, so I'd work on the hexis/Suda pair first.
