up to you, its super easy to proc on uriel since your 3 is damaging your minions and healing them with your 2 procs it which is the common way to build up your 4

top 2 frames on the list of "please de rework most or all of their kit to not feel awful" is chroma and meber for me.

ember just felt awful to play when i did make a build for her. and chroma is just sad because ignoring the credit bonus from his 4 for a moment, aside from vex armour his kit does basically nothing or takes so much investment to make it able to hit whats relatively normal amounts of damage at the cost of being able to stay alive that its actually just awful to play. and then his 4 having all this stuff it does just to only be used to increase credits is dumb. imop just make it chroma's passive or smthn atp and then just completely rework everything in his kit minus vex armour basically

I have easily taken her to ETA which is the intended end-game content as per DE but still, I would like her to get a better treatment. As for Chroma, I personally never vibed with him. shoot enemy, click vex armour. click omamori and recast it as needed, and keep up heat elemental ward as much as you feel like (not entirely needed tbh but it can be a nice burst of like 700-900ish hp. guardian armour keeps vex armour up permenetly basically as long as you or teammates are killing enemies which considering you get without external buffs (like 2x ability strength from omni fissure) a 1200% damage increase after a few ranged kills you should be able to do just fine with either a glaive or a gun

recasting vex armour retains its stacks of armour and damage and it snap shots strength but doesnt reset it which can be a little annoying tho if you want to get rid of it if you get a 2x ability strength fissure buff and snap shot it

i typically just take a xoris and then whatever primary and seconady i feel like bringing at that given moment (soon the secondary will only be the stug tho)

my build is a triple umbral build but you can proabbly get away with not using a max umbral fiber as long as you atleast can hit persistence just so you dont get 1 tapped at the start of a mission (vex armour will 1000% take you well over the needed amount for persistence tho)

tbf hot shots at max rank (atleast a few weeks ago) basically required having atleast 420ish plat minimum to be able to buy them up then resell them at a profit of about 90p but unless you either sold a bunch of prime sets to get there, bought plat, or had a r5 hot shot to sell wasnt really a great way for ppl who werent maxed on peely pix stuff to just get hot shots up untill the vosfor stuff and even then its not super consistent
