depends, kind of, nezha requires a primer and for you to press 4, prime an enemy and press it again, and garuda needs to build up hemorroid stacks and then charge it. Not hard but more effort than presson 2 then 1 on sevagoth or something

Don't even need a primer for nezha, a damage subsume like pyro, dark verse or sunder does it just as well, and has lower build needs, heck the 2 works for him for a few hundred levels of steel path

Yeah it does per status, including any physical effects, as the damage spread by influence takes the damage dealt to the original target and doesn't recalculate for every enemy

1 is a big speed boost charging battery fast, 2 is immortality to most things(IPS, heat, cold, blast), 3 is nuke each half charging or draining the battery roughly 10% charge and using one after another strips armor then applies damage(the armor strip then applying damage is exclusive to gauss, other frames it doesn’t strip armor)and doing either a push or pull depending which was casted first, 4 gives bonuses to everything, just keep it active
