dont worry about maxing stuff or even getting everything to rank 7 or 8 at the start, at the start your not expected to be mirroring the same builds of people who have been playing for years and its completely ok. As you play you will get access to more of everything really. getting stuff to rank 7 or 8 is recommended for newer players because the last 2 points in those upgrades are often about as expensive as the first 7-8 points and dont provide as much of a boost in comparison

the devs are also very in touch with the community and are pretty good about fixing bad bugs and sometimes even leaving in or "adding" bugs as features. Overall the devs of warframe are probably some of the best devs for any game ive seen tbh
