One quick way that I've found is the Syndicate Medallions that you can find in Syndicate missions.

Usually 8 spawn except for Defense and Interception missions which only spawn 0-2.

Lucky for you though, there's an exception for that too if the Defense/Interception is using the Grineer Sealab or Grineer Galleon tile set which works for Steel Meridian medallions and spawn the usual 8

Speaking of Standing. Neat interaction I found while getting to Rank 5 with 4 of them. If you're pledged to Cephalon Suda and you run a Steel Meridian mission, you gain positive standing for Steel Meridian, Red Veil, Cephalon Suda and Arbiters of Hexis

You received three things. One was an Orokin Cell.

Resource cache rewards do not get broken out on the rewards screen unless they are unique, but if you hover over the other rewards, the game shows the breakdown. Hovering over Endo or Credits would have revealed that a portion of one or both came from a resource cache.

Leveling up Helminth also unlocks Helminth-specific abilities. At rank 15, it unlocks Golden Instinct, a somewhat useful ability for medallion/ayatan sculpture hunting.
