Her 1 does some non-negligible damage alongside spreading viral really easily. Doom is there as a way to keep your damage buff from your 3's augment if you run it. And 4 is a great strip/nuke that helps clear halls while you try to keep yourself alive.

Running her 3 augment makes her basically unkillable as long as you have ways to either lower your CD with KPM while it's off OR you build additional survivability for a more passive playstyle
