baruuk has a meter he maintains to keep up his ability to punch while also stacking a ton of different forms of DR to stay alive. atlas kinda just spams 1 and occasionally 3 and his punches lock in on enemies instead of requiring to hold down the quick melee button or heavy attack

they are kinad similar in the sense that both want to throw hands but they do it differently and they survive differently as well

atlas just goes "lmao you cant touch me as long as im beating you to death" and baruuk is the as mentioned above stacking DR and CC

idk how you feel about it but to my understanding arc coild and manifold bond are also both primarily used for priming and the verglas is (imop) NOT a primer. you are basically giving your sentient a gun and telling it to go commit crimes when you give it the verglas and momentous bond will get you doing all the other status effects in the game as well

You do not need health or shield mods with Revenant. You'll be using Mesmer Skin all the time.

Strength increases the number of Mesmer Skin charges, while Duration increase the stun duration of enemies.

Spin to Win benefits from strength and range.

That's fine. You can look up what I'm using in the Wiki. The corrupted mods on the Deimos regular nodes (not Cambion Drift) are an early source of very powerful mods. You'll need Dragon Keys to obtain them, and you'll want to find a way to carry them all on you at once, so you'll probably be looking at Rhino initially. After you complete The War Within, things get easier.
