His damage goes like this

"hp%=true"

Meaning his damage does percentage damage, he doesn't do like the rest that goes to literally remove millions of damage... No

The enemies health is 100% always, but Sevagoth can eat 90 or 100% (depending on how many shadow his 1 produce) of his enemies... Resulting to kill entire crowds in seconds.......

But only crowds, he is weak against Solo like bosses (I mean his nuke won't work on bosses as fast as I know)

||I've started to wonder if there would be a way to use some old versions of abilities, passives, or frames while exploring the history of those frames and with the release of the old peace and using the dark refractory. This opens up scenarios for us to use warframes in the dark refractory in what i would call strengthenings, interludes, or reflections.I know we are using 3rd gen frames which would play into it in the aspect of this strengthening as we draw the frame closer to its orginal power or unlock new power as a result of becoming closer or understanding our frames better. The reason I call these interludes aswell is twofold one being that the moments we remember are most likely important moments in that warframes history and the other being these dark refractory sessions dont exactly have to line up in the stories current events and should simply be treated as though they took place between the old peace and whenever the next major story update is. This allows for completely different system which will allow high flexibility in how someone uses a frame and gives the devs the opportunity to put abilities that may fit the frame but are niche without deflating a frames kit these abilities would definitely not be subsumeable and would be unique to the frame, this also stops alot of builds from becoming homogenized, though I dont think thats necessarily happening at the moment, finally I start this off with some ideas/examples: rhino first ability instead of the traditional charge we get a running charge almost like juggernaut from Xman referencing rhino primes lore when he turned his enemys into red mist by charging through them, chroma get a new ability that makes him play like a large sentient dragon as wild idea, or playing as some the frames that make up xaku maybe those being prototype frames that you can temporarily turn into as one of his new abilities.

I genuinely want to know what anyone has to think about this especially a DEV parhaps, but more importantly what problems you think would come out of this?||

imop, melee attack speed isnt needed from P.fury since you have mods like quickening which for like a bunch less capacity give 40% attack speed or beserker rage or whatever that give a ton of atk speed. imop PSF is actually worth it just because its super nice if you go to do any super bosses or play any other frames especially ones that cant get knock down resist
