iirc they are very comparable, the incarnon adapter gives a few more stats to the magistar vs the sancti with i wana say base magistar going a little more into crit and sancti a little bit more into status

regardless though even if it is the magistar has slightly better base stats they are almost the same stat wise to the point that it probably wont make any difference

basically theres 3 "states" you can affect enemies to increase their loot drops
while their alive:
ivara
on death:
atlas, khora, hydroid (
technically wukong but he has to die to do it and only 3 times a mission and its rng and for a minute each time)
and after death:
nekros (and chesa kubrow)

(might be some frames im missing but those are like the big name ones atleast) and the notable thing is, you can only have 1 frame affect for each "slot" so technically if you want to go for the most minmaxed looting squad smthn like ivara khora nekros with a nova is like the best possible set up for stacking it all on top of all the boosters and that jazz + recourceful retreiver and technically i think the smeeta kavat as well because one of the blessings just gives you a rare loot drop (like argon or orokin cells)

Basically theres 3 "states" you can affect enemies to increase their loot drops
while their alive:
Ivara
on death:
Atlas, Khora, Hydroid
and after death:
Nekros (and chesa kubrow with retrieve)

The important thing to note is that only 1 of each "slot" can be occupied and it wont stack with other sources that are on the same "slot"

Some frames/sources that can further increase loot drops are directly or indirectly:
Nova:
Molecular prime can speed up enemies to help get enemies from their spawn location to the "kill zone" faster and there for increase loot drops
Wukong:
To begin with wukong is NOT reliable for increasing loot drops. This is because wukong increases loot drops from his passive which not only has a 3/5 chance of happening, is capped at 3 times a mission and the way to activate it is through dying and having the passive prevent it from happening. Also, Wukong affects enemies at the on death state meaning he does not stack with Atlas, Khora, or Hydroid.
Smeeta:
Smeeta has the Charm mod which has a 40% chance of granting you a buff every 27 seconds with a 10% chance to give you the blessing that gives you a free rare resource (ie: argon, neural sensors, orokin cells, tellurium, or entrati lanthorns)
the Retriever mods:
On beast companions you can equip Loyal retriever, Prosperous Retriver, or Resourceful Retriever giving a 13% chance to double credit and resource pickups, 18% chance to increase credit pickups, and 18% chance to increase resource pickups (stats are in same order as mods were listed)
Boosters and Blessings:
You only need 1 drop chance booster as it affects all the enemies
Recourse Boosters only affect the individual and double the recourses collected
Resource Drop chance blessings give a multiplicitive 25% increase drop chance with drop chance boosters
Mod drop chance boosters make enemies drop more Mods, endo, and Arcanes
Nekros despoil makes desecrate take HP instead of energy and allows for despoil to stay up more consistently
