Eh, the tweaks to his kit arent majorly ground breaking, but they do eliminate some big pain points

having bastille strip vortexed targets, and removing enemy suction cap is like, bloody amazing

and then the tether-flechette combo wasnt exactly necessary, but I would say a free upgrade is a free upgrade

Elec procs from telsa nervos trigger the bonus 1.25x damage, in the future DE says they aim to expand to all elec procs. This is just a straight up add on that makes 1 synergise more with the passive

1:
Tesla nervos status chance scales with power strength, and they immediately shock the target now. Improved AI to snag more enemies in effect.

2:
Combined the orbs into two instead of 4. Basically streamlined your usage of the orbs.

3:
Reduced energy cost (to 50), double damage to overguard, and forces blast status effects. Increased radius and doesnt send enemies flying away. Still wont be as strong as flechette at full power, but its not as useless as before. Still the subsume slot tho

4:
No more enemy cap for bastille, can strip ragdolled enemies (aka vortexed enemies)

It's... Kinda cool I guess. It helps with Elemental Ward I prime them with an elec proc so the purple archon shard effect proca for Regular Rotorswell, and the DR is nice when it works.

good ways to get endo vary from some specific bounties (either 1999 or deepmine bounties) or arbitrations.

there isnt really a very quick way to do it unfortuantly similar to how credits have stuff like index where you can easily farm a few million in like 15 mins or less with a booster

no but kind of yes, rivens not only can roll different stats but those stats themselves are also rolled, riven disposition is something based on each weapon and is notably different between something like base versions of weapons and prime versions where the prime version tends to have a lower disposition.

so you can have 2 rivens for the same weapon with the same stat but different rolls on those stats causing the numbers to be different regardless of the fact the weapon has the same disposition

its been a while since ive touched this build so im not sure if there is a "better" build or anything, only "required" shard is a red shard for pillage fullstriping with 1 cast but also not needed. yellowshard is just there so i can cast 3 and 4 at spawn

basically as long as you keep killing stuff with electricity you can make your 3 and 4 be basically permanenet and cc and prime stuff with electricity with your 1 and 4 plus armour strip with pillage + refresh your shields
