I was testing something today, because I noticed the Restraint bar fill up suddenly while playing.
Well, I had it completely at 0 spamming Sleep / Lull, and yup. The moment I pressed Storm it the restraint bar filled by a bit. Maybe 10% or so, but it was enough even with my bad eyesight I noticed it.

I got a Panzer Vulpaphyla completely on accident, and saw one while flying earlier today too. I think the tactic is to either do bounties and just hope you stumble into a weakened one, or to fly around the map with your tranq out until you spot one that way

If you're talking about voidplumes, then pinions drop from angels, quills are directly the bounty rewards, and the rest are either found randomly scattered in the Zariman tileset, or traded by yonta every day

depend on modifiers, it shouldn't be much different from normal gameplay other than that

for no shields you want a frame with good hp pool or ability to mitigate damage

for energy drain you want a frame that don't need to cast abilities to be strong, or that has OP energy regen, or don't use energy like hyldrin or lavos

other modifiers are not that difficult

also, you should not use specters because they will turn against you, and you can't use ciphers for hacking
