the artifact can only be used when you have the relevant school set as an active school

the main thing to look out for is that it unlocks modding for the operator, so getting one for your primary use school is important

@fair ibex Circuit isn't really how some frames are intended to be played. For example, I played Loki in the Circuit and didn't really enjoy him, but when I got my hands on him normally, I had a blast because I could see the freedom I had on him. It's similar for Titania, who's more enjoyable with augments or, even before then, with more specific mods than the general build Circuit gives you
