it's good for slower frames like revenant and with some augments like the mobile mesa one. Also, if you generally find yourself spending less time killing (cause you're OP) and more time slowly jumping, it'll probably help, esp with low level capture and exterminate missions

So, there are two damage types, Physical and Elemental. We refer to the Physical Damages as "IPS" (Impact, Puncture and Slash). Mods for such damage types only scale off the respective damage type for the weapon.

This is different for Elemental Damage (Heat, Cold, Toxin, Electric, etc) which scales off THE ENTIRE BASE DAMAGE OF THE WEAPON

So heres an example. Lets say you have a weapon that has 10 puncture, 10 slash and 10 impact. Lets also say you put in a mod that gives "100% Slash damage". You would only be getting an additional 10 damage because its only gonne scale off the its respective damage type (which in this case is slash)

This is different for elemental mods. Lets say you put in "100% Heat damage", you'd instead get +30 damage since it will scale off he entire total base damage of the weapon (which in this case is adding the 10 Puncture, 10 Slash, and 10 Impact from the weapon)

I totally misunderstood how these things worked, and bought the wrong one (the book) thinking it opened the tree that unlocked the modding ability, and that the other things were weapons to augment it or use with the operator. I didn't realize the book was ONLY for zenurik, and was also considered a weapon.
