Arcanes are something you need to target farm in many ways. You should look into which ones you need and then where they come from.

second, check in trading chat in game/discord
third, check warframe.market

currency for trading is in platinum

second and third way, if you want to buy from them, just simply say you want to buy and they will invite you to their dojo
