Will o wisps originally are there own thing, not entirely related to witches, they're more of a folklore entity.

Wisp the Warframe, in lore, was made from a dream Ballas had of a will o wisp, nothing to do with witches. He saw her in a dream once, and used that design to make a warframe for the sole purpose of fixing and repopulating old Earth.

Kaya is Nova because Nova Prime looks like a member of the Kayan Tribe. She’s also studying Quantum Mechanics. Flare is a rockstar, Temple is themed that way. Minerva is Saryn because I think she dealt with Scaldra who deal with chemical weaponry. That’s the only link I can make there. Velimir is from Russia, which is often associated with the cold.

Lyon and Roathe are pretty obvious. Marie was a Sœur du Sol before she became wisps proto, a frame who can control, or rather harness the Sun.

Each proto has a trait that loosely connects them to their Warframe counter part, be it their personality, their job or their place of origin. Ivara is the Huntress, so if she did she’d get a huntress themed Proto. A fortune teller in my opinion would suit Koumei due to the idea that a person who spoke of others fates was twisted into its puppet through corruption.

If you roll/jump more, it's easy to avoid knockdown. Can mix in Power Drift and you get some knockdown resistance while still have the mod actually being useful.

PSF is not really needed in any way.
