Why are you buying mods?

The first Lich is going to take the longest. Take time to farm the requiem relics and the requiem mods. Mods are usable three times (one charge is used when you send the Lich to Railjack) so gathering a full set now will serve you in the future.

Oull you cannot get from a relic. Those have a drop chance from Liches, and when transmuting requimen mods (typically transmuting four "defiled" mods).

So for Liches, the system is "slower", but makes more sense. Requiem relics have a 5% drop chance from Thralls (the grineer you are looking to perform finishers on to gather murmur)

The obscene number of thralls you need to down starts to make sense in light of this. The alternative is to run kuva siphon/flood missions (flood has a guaranteed requiem relic drop).

If you can meaningfully participate in an Archon Hunt, then you should have no problem with a Lich.

That's pretty good for the Fulmin. It wants status chance, its crit chance isn't bad, and multishot is always useful.

It would be better on Fulmin Prime with its 34% crit chance, but its decent no matter which variant it goes on.

Well I mostly use nezha with divine spears and my burston is taking care of priming and exumous units, so either something that can prime or do a lot of damage so I can make my burston specialize in the other.

For damage I'm a big fan of the Lex Prime because it's just a baseline competent secondary
For priming maybe a Kuva Nukor or Tenet Cycron but take that with a grain of salt I'm not an expert on that kind of stuff
