It is very doable. CC is less effective because of Arbi drones but if you have a weapon that can hit hard enough (and, ideally, fast enough to clear crowds) you should be fine.

If you're not confident, public squads are typically well-equipped for Arbis and that should get your foot in the door to Vitus for galvanized mods.

I just thought of a pretty thought of idea of how to make it so you can subsume Excalibur Umbra in order to give other Warframes sentience:

• What if to give another Warframe sentience you need to consume some archon crystals, the amount needed and which ones differs each Warframe

• There could be a time limit when it's not umbra, or it could consume something the longer it is sentient

• Maybe there could be a boss that you have to complete after giving your Warframe sentience, to seal it in place, and the boss can only be fought when the Warframe is given sentience

• What if when you take away umbras sentience, he doesn't go away, so if you give him his sentience back, the other one will be unmoving again

• I don't think taking away umbras sentience should take away umbra himself, unless, if it did, you'd be able to replay the quest and get him again
