You have 2 weapons
One with 25% and one with 40%

When doing valence fusion it will choose the 40% (because it is higher) and multiply it by 1.1 resulting in a new bonus of 44%
You then choose which element you wanna keep

If you want to open vaults go to your clan dojo and find the blueprint for the 4 dragon keys. And craft them and bring them (you bring them by going to your gear wheel and selecting the keys) and go to the first mission in Deimos which is a capture and yeah open the vaults there. They are also people opening them so you can just find a public lobby and let them do the work

also one important thing with the fusing is that you have to be kinda careful with how you fuse if you have already invested forma etc to one of the weaps included, since if you fuse "wrong" it'll still give you the higher % BUT might not have the forma/catalyst/etc

archon shards are usually used to fill up what youre missing in a build, it really really really depends

Personally id recommend running at least 1 parkour shard, and 1 casting speed shard. The rest is all up to you

if you feel like youre missing some energy, and think Equilibrium is overkill you can try 2 Equilibrium shards. If youre doing a weapon platform build specifically maining Primaries, then Electric Damage Shards are good. If youre doing melee Volt, then Melee Crit shards are good.

Imo yes, but a lot of the times whether a frame is a good buy or not really depends on the person.

I suggest you do some research on her kit, and her playstyle and judge it yourself. You could also get her normal form, to actually have a feel for the frame before buying her prime
