Few options that initially came to my head,
Could try your hand at doing true stealth and aiming for heads
Do some open world farms, they're very separated from the main game and actually use thoughts
Try some railjack and get it built up to a reasonable standard, you need to aim well for this so can't just go in with it guns blazing
And lastly, take a break, it's worked well for me so many times, and there's no problem with doing that as I've heard many do it, not just myself
