Look, maybe i'm way off base here, but my entire life, when someone has talked about a stat in a video game that gives diminishing returns, they mean to go from 1 level of the stat to level 2, takes less effort than to go from 2 to 3, and so on.
Like leveling.
Leveling isn't linear, it takes more and more and more each level to get to the next level. That's diminshing returns.

I started playing 3 days ago. Im still clueless about how to progress the game so ive been clearing the star chart. I joined a clan and got some blueprints of some warframes i thought were cool.

Surprisngly i somehow had duviri's quest available to me so was able to get hydroids blueprints from there.

So i spent the last 3 days grinding my butt off cluelessly looking for the materials needed to make these guys. My dumb self didnt realise i could press r3 to check what planets had specific materials.

Finally, to end a long as day, i played defense in the void super under leveled as nyx and just crowd controlled untill i got 4 argon. I was finally able to make the warframes i wanted.

I hope im doing well with the game, im still learning.

It takes 5 mins to charge the ult, and “buffs” that last for less than 30 seconds

What about the pages buff? The description is literally misleading, or at least very bad wording. Tldr, If you have negative efficiency, this buff will expire much faster (iirc each page will be gone after you spend 100 energy)

Marudai and Naramon have good buff but, last for 30s… And take at least 3-4 mins to charge an ult + need lens on all gear + need to be the host because for some reason those orbs do not spawn for the client

The raid one, I really don't know how that speeds up. Murder doesn't seem to matter, nor does keeping them out of the inner ring.

I agree the tauron strikes aren't well-tuned, but that's normal for a new system. They start on the lower end of the spectrum and will graudally increase their effectiveness. Nerfs are worse than buffs.

I never said to nerf them though. Just make them easier to charge (by killing stuff), or put a fixed cooldown, etc. And fix the buff to be more significant. Like if you make it take ages to charge, then make those “buffs” last for the whole mission. One of the Tauron Arcane already does this, why Tauron weapon effect just last for 30s when they barely do anything.

man in any mission with decent access to focus orbs you can easily have 100% uptime on zenurik tauron strike's books, so basically permanent 50% strength, duration and cast speed and technically infinite energy

oh and the books blinding beams actually does damage despite not saying so and its enough damage to kill spectral thrax, so u wont even need to hop into operator to kill them

(Best primary primer arguably) and viral just makes everything die in 1-2 hits

If you don’t have either cedo(prime or base) then use grimoire, or knukor, or epitaph

Viral speeds up the killing since it increases the damage done to health by quite a bit

And since nothing resists xakus guns(void damage) it makes viral so good to prime with xaku, but the guns can kill any level enemy without priming viral anyway

(For cedo just mod multishot and probably crit, doesn’t matter since the alt fire glaives do guaranteed status effects)

Boss = Toxin procs only. (Sentinel enemies are weak to radiation / cold, I have tried with only having cold on as well, same result there, during quests, I deal cold dmg, during the bossfight I suddenly now only deal viral damage.)

What is happening here? Why is an element, that works without any issues, suddenly removed during the bossfight? Haven't seen anyone else mentioning this, wondering if I should submit a bug report at this point unless it's intended or I'm missing something.

crits multiply your damage by the multiplier

so 100% crit and and x3 multiplier triples your damage

200% crit applies the x3 twice, so it sextuples your damage
