There is a visual indicator when Shield breaks.
At that point, evade danger immediatly or kill the enemies that dmg you instantly.

You can health tank but it falls off at higher level on Steel path, at which point you have to use additional methods or rather a combination of them. We have:

• Shield Tanking
• Armor Tanking
• Shield Gating
• Adaption Mod
• Damage Reduction Abilities
• Damage Negation Abilities
• (Rolling Guard Mod)

Health Tanking is still very important for many frames, it just has to be used in conjunction with other methods

You need to either get a Static IP & request Moderate NAT
Or get another connection that provides moderate NAT without even asking

if you want simaris farming made easy hop in SP plains and get on archwing, then scan from the sky, no actual stealth frame needed, targets immobile, and you’ll get stealth scans for like 300-400+ a piece. caps out daily limit in about 4-5 minutes or so with just flying from one camp to another

also can scan the turrets but they can give less since they can detect you from further than the actual enemies so you won’t be getting that stealth scan bonus sometimes with the turrets
