No. If you want to go fast, look for Parcour Speed instead.
Slotting one shard for it is a common move to speed up any frame. It speed climbing, vaulting, rolling and bullet jump

Volt will still be faster than any of these and Titania 4 is the fastest, but then you'd have to use titania 4

If you know the tileset then you cannot beat Volt and Titania

There's also subsumes for speed. Molt isnt great in terms of that but Lavos Vial Dash and Garudas Blood Altar have huge ranges. Can also use Kullervos

Voruna might just be what youre looking for then. Don't need much aiming for her pounces and she's very fast with the buffs. Also has invisibility, second life, status immunity including knockdown and stagger

Melee oriented but you can make a gun-build work easily with the Cedo Prime. She's all about status stacking and hit and run

neat, I running a shield gating MOA for my mesa. ALthough, my mesa STILL dies for whatever reason. It just sucky as a survivability. Yes shatter shield is a good abilitiy but the fact it can fall off and if you are not vigilant enough to refresh (which leaving peacekeeper mode) you die

there really needs to be some disincentive for that kind of level dodging with the lich

its already annoying enough when they refuse to stab it and it eats up mission time where yours could have spawned instead

mk1 variants of weapons are for new new players, like, "I have 5 hours in the game" players, that you purchase directly for credits and dont even need to build, they have lower stats, and are pretty muhc just mastery fodder for anyone aside from the aforementioned new players

unless you want to be really funny and put an incarnon on a mk1 (you can do this) and make people who look at your loadout do a double take

ah incarnons are more endgame things so dont worry about it yet, they're basically an upgrade for older weapons that buff them and give them an alternate fire mode

Switching to melee is not nearly as important as it used to be (used to be the only way to do combos), but it allows you to parry manually and aim glide with your melee out
