it means youre putting it in the wrong polarity. using a mod on the wrong polarity makes the cost of equipping the mod more expensive (about 25% more expensive?), while equipping a mod with the correct polarity halves the cost

like my fast deflection is a 7 cost mod but on the wrong polarity (its vazarin on a madurai slot) the cost is increased to 9

He generates significantly more overguard than any other warframe including Dante, and while generating overguard he also freezes all enemies causing them to take massively increased damage, strips their armor, and makes them drop energy orbs
His snow globes have 4s of invincibility and the damage it takes gets added to its health making it significantly stronger than Gara and doesn't have to worry about nullifiers completely removing his damage
Paired with a cold weapon he can kill Archons REALLY quickly

It has a lot of stacking mechanics going for it

It's trait is when shooting someone, there's a chance 1 to 3 lightning bolts strike the target or the enemies around them

Multishot effects that chance cuz more "bullets" hit the target per shot

And then you bring punch through into the equation and it also stacks

Shoot a bullet into the crowd with 2-3 multishot and hit 3 enemies with punch through and you'll have a lightning storm guaranteed
