I've been doing Granum Void to try and get a Sister. According to the wiki and most everyone, if you qualify for Zenith rank 1 at 25 kills, you get the canidate. I've domne this about a dozen times now consistently getting 25-40 kills, and I've had NO spawns. (Hydra node)

When I did runs with randoms where we got over 100 kills, one spawned (but the other players snagged her). Is the kill number wrong?

Each lich has a code consisting of 3 requiem mods, you have to get the right ones in the right order. There are a total of 8 mods, with a 9th wildcard mod that can be accepted as any of the others.

As you complete lich missions, you gain "murmurs" which you get from executing thralls. Collect enough murmurs and you unveil one of the correct requiem mods. Your goal is to unveil all 3 of the correct mods, and then play the game of Mastermind to determine the correct order.

If you stab a lich with the correct mods in the correct order, you send them away into a railjack confrontation, completing that mission will complete the whole lich process, with you either killing them for their weapon, or you turning them into an ally

If you stab a lich with anything but the correct mods or order, you boot that lich to another planet, and the lich gains a level. The lich caps out at level 5.

There's a thing called the Helminth, you can get it from the Son on the Necralisk. It's an upgrade to your Orbiter. Basically you can feed base-Warframes to it, losing that Warframe permanently but also permanently gaining one of its abilities to put onto other Warframes.

Not possible. Every time you down a larving, do not finish it, then complete the mission, the weapon it had is removed from the pool. The max number of times you would have to run the capture is 20.

The Boltor you get from one of the junctions. Its comes with an Orokin Catalyst built in.
The Nukor, Atomos and Hek are decent early game weapons that you could use a Catalyst on if you want, without them being superseded easily later.
The Fragor and Furis you get from the junctions also have a Catalyst installed.
Weapons with Catalyst have double mod capacity so they're naturally much better than weapons without. Gotta consider your budget here

Well the thing that makes a weapon deal damage is the mods, not the weapon strength really. Almost all weapons are sidegrades from each other, baring their upgraded versions

That means that you should instead work on your mods

Its 15% weapon choice and 85% the mods

Dex's best perk simply changed from Survivor's Edge to perk 1 when the patch happened, allowing it to overpower prime directly

Prime didn't get weaker, Dex simply got stronger
