if you have no lure full charge to hold at least one limb, then after you break the eidolon limb, its gonna teleport to other place

Mods have always been more important than the weapons you use imo, as it's great and all if you have a good load out, but without the mods for them a lot of them will just flop in lvl 50+

Guys i have a Dilemma. Id want to mod my hound for either viral or corrosive but i dont know what to out on him. Id like him to have corrosive but that doesnt work with the plus corrosive stacks shards. And if I put viral on him i loose out on corrosive cold gunco and have to put either viral electric (prospectus already procs electric) or viral heat but that messes up with heat inherit. Any suggestions?

Mostly. That's what people expect from it.
There are ofc Live Service titles on that platform.
But as you already stated, WF runs terribly on it.

GTX 1060 can't do that on 1999 missions anymore even.
NSW1 is as powerful as RTX3050.
"4k" will use upsampling, heavily.
But NSW build isn't using full res textures as PC build, file size of game isn't even half.
Can speculate all day, gotta wait and see.

All old events that were sunset are still in, thousands of voicelines too.
Even Raids, which were removed in April 2018 are still in.
They could haveoptimized that years ago.
The game used to run far better as it does now as well.

Ivara if you don’t want to do Spy farming
Nidus/Octavia/Harrow any of the 3, personally I farmed Nidus and Octavia and got Harrow from Circuit
Khora if you don’t want to farm Sanctuary Onslaught
Baruuk if you don’t want to farm Vox Solaris standing or Hildryn if you don’t want to be at the mercy of RNG from Exploiter, regardless you’ll still need to get the toroids for either of them anyways
the rest are imo easy enough to get, being unlocked from quests or imo easy bossfights

Week 4: Saryn because her boss is also annoying
Week 5: Oberon, same with Ash
Week 7: Mesa, because Alad V keys are annoying to unlock
Week 8: Ivara, Spy RNG is crazy
Week 9: Any of them really, probably Nidus above the other two
Week 10: Khora
Week 11: Baruuk if you don't want to spend standing, Hildryn to avoid RNG with Exploiter-- you'll still have to do Exploiter since she needs the Toroids to craft
