One tip for New War, take a frame that has high mobility. Else it will take you ages.

New war is designed so anybody can do it as soon as they get there, regardless of what level they’re at. Without spoiling too much I will tell you your gear is meaningless for 90% of New War

Also the quest is super long and will lock you out of everything else in the game until you finish it so don’t start it if you plan on running content with friends, it took me about 7 hours to finish

You will not have anything for the stealth half of New War, however the stealth wasn’t awful when I did it, just be patient

hello just a quick question for clarification, while watching some videos about strun incarnon builds there is a debate that galvanized savvy does not work on its incarnon, i cant use that mod?

so it effectively is just a weaker normal status mod

Initially, I just did arbitrations and it climbed nicely, then I built a Chroma and I can go do the 1999 mission with technocyte harvest and open the safe and pull anywhere from 300K to 1.51M depending on what boosters and blessings I have, in just a few minutes per run.

What I'm learning from testing Koumei stuff: All the statuses her ability 4 applies only begin to expire after the duration ends. If all the enemies are already dead before it expires, then dumping duration in exchange for efficiency or range is just the correct option, especially if you're using condition overload-esque abilities

koumei is so good in missions that aren't 3 minutes long, especially if you get good at getting the decree quests
with the augment it barely has a cooldown as well so long as you get kills, and rolling several decrees is bound to give you something insane
