Solo, run Hydra. Complete the capture. Enter a hand that isn't near the exit using a Zenith crown, kill at least 25 specters. Exit hand. Down the treasurer to get back your coin. Down the Sister and see if it has the weapon you want. Go to exit.

That's the loop. The only thing that changes is the order in which the treasurer is downed. Sometimes he's before the hand, sometimes he's after the sister.

If you're gunning for resources, you can take a look at each of the planets to see what resource drops are common on those planets. It should appear on the bottom right when you zoom into the planet.

Then for the planet you want, you wanna go for the dark sector survival missions. Just sit in there for 20 minutes and extract. I would highly recommend running the Thief's Wit Warframe mod (until you pick up animal instinct) since that makes all the loot light up on your minimap.

Also as other people have said, Nekros is great for farming because you get extra drops. But no worries if you don't have him. If you run public lobbies, there's a good chance someone else will play Nekros and you can benefit off of their desecrates.

For story missions I suggest going solo but for farming missions like this, always go public. Just more loot that way.

Just don't bring something like Ignis to a squad where you're hoping to benefit from a Nekros desecrate. A charred corpse can't be cut into pieces from my understanding.

To unlock arbitration, you must complete the star chart

Does anyone know what's going on with Eidolon hunts recently? I've had 5 hunts end with 3+ charged lures within 25m of the eidolon end with them getting killed (1 Terry, 4 Harrys). I don't know what's going on, but it fails the bounty too even though it's kill or capture on the last stage.

No clue. The expected behavior is still that Terralyst only requires 2 charged lures to capture, while Gargantalyst and Hydralyst are each 3 charged lures to capture, unless I’m missing something. Unless you had some close timing issues (lures were charged in the knick of time, seemingly, yet no capture, or some were dying in the midst of capture), I’m unsure what it could be. I doubt the hitbox during final capture shrinks to a point-mass, or anything crazy, but keeping closer might be wise.
