soma or cedo are both solid options for primary, dual toxocyst is good for secondaries, as far as melee goes the dual ichor is one of my best performing weapons, but it requires a lot of work, the stropha just needs a few forma and you can throw together a build that can take you through at least base star chart

for secondaries, try the Spectra and Zakti
