You make an account on the Warframe website. Log into that using e-mail/password and 2FA if you have that enabled.

Then you choose the platform to import progress from. You can do that one time.

Subsequent linkages will be overwrites - progress on the "PC" account will overwrite the linked account.

If you're just using Epic to launch the game and are logging in with a username and password, you already have a "PC" account.

This assumes your Xbox account was not a one-time copy from your PC account way back when.

I've been chipping SLOWLY at steel path and 1999 myself. It just comes down to doing the grind bit by bit. When I'm not feeling up to those, I do daily missions and challenge myself to get nightwave standing. Or I fall into relic farming, or liches. There's always something.

I run radiation + high crit on my nataruk. If you want to ramp up that fire damage, swap piercing hit and infected clip. Get the half-bonus by putting the - mod on the - slot.

To play Railjack solo, all you need are a pilot, gunner, and engineer from Ticker.

Unless they changed it, you should be able to play Railjack in public without owning a railjack yourself. That's probably the "secret" that is missing from most documentation.

It doesnt actually put the Circle down but it just instant locks them

I dont think so? Im testing on a build with no mods other than the Arcane, Assault Mode and a Crit Chance mod on the Sentinel and it definitely doesnt feel like its firing faster
