Question. Debating on getting either the 1999 complete edition or the Gemini Oath collection. I mainly want to get one or the other. Complete edition has Cyte-09 which I really wanna try cause I like playing sniper classes, along with more plat and some skins for Warframes I play. Mainly the Arthur skin for Excalibur. I do play the others though, hence why I'm debating on getting the pack. But the gemini oath pack is cheaper, but gives less platinum. Still has the skins I want but not Cyte-09. Thoughts?

okay I double checked on the wiki. you get his main blueprint just from the main story quest, and then his parts are uncommon drops from bounties. you can also purchase them for standing when you hit rank 2 with the syndicate

just tested it some more and and got 19 so yes its a bug with it not tracking the number of scuttlers if the enemies all die at the same time. so theoretically of you had 100 enemies in your snare and hit them all with her 3rd then killed them all at the same time you would get 100 scuttlers lol
