9999 is level cap. But there are a few conditions where foes can have there level modified to be beyond that such as juggernaut infested spawns, fisuers, (hostile )ally buffs

That isn't a bug, that's how the XP system works. Global type XP goes 25% to warframe, and the remaining 75% being split between whatever weapons you have (25% if melee, secondary and primary, 75% if only one weapon equipped).

This is entirely an intended thing with the Focus mechanic requiring giving Affinity to a piece of gear that's already leveled to max.

They probably are, just no longer showing on results screen because of max level. But no changes to XP system have been made.

Play the Legacyte mission

Don't start it

Look for the safe, find the key, place the pelt, open the safe: 100k guaranteed, 200k with Chroma. If you have a Beast with Prosperous/Loyal Retriever, there's a chance it becomes 400k. If you have a booster, it goes up to 800k. If it's your first mission of the day, there's a hidden booster, so it's 1.6M. If there's a credit booster weekend, it's 3.2M. If you've got a relay credit blessing, it's a 1.25x multipler, so that becomes 4M. All for 5 minutes of effort

Ofc since the daily first boost only works once a day, it'll just be 1M after that, or 2M if your beast consistently procs

but one thing i dont like about his exaulted is that he uses energy

default loadouts in duviri are okay for a lot of weapons on normal circuit, but steel path becomes more painful without galvanized mods and arcanes

worst part of any of the default loadouts though is when they have two fire rate mods on a gun that already fires really fast anyway. wow i can mosquito bite this enemy 800 times a second but it doesn't do anything but burn ammo

especially when there's a fire rate decree anyway which takes care of fire rate beyond the first few shots so if you're using a gun with anything but molasses starting fire rate you don't need the mods

tbh i own all the frames, i have at least some mods on all of them so i don't encounter it so much. that said, i feel like if the frame has a solid defensive ability i think it can be alright. but if that's not the case then thinking on it i think marmo is right the frames are probably more of a problem than the weapons. because building out your stacking DR or your shield gating is really important to stick around

fr stalker is a good option, i saw someone once say "don't even take that instrinsic level, it dilutes your frame options" and i was thinking bro... most people are only gonna stay for maybe an hour in the run anyway and he has on demand invisibility. he can struggle defending objectives since he isn't a distraction from them for enemy fire, but he makes for an easy public run to complete at least half your circuit

Yes, the effect says a 20% increase while inside. Well, I WAS inside when I activated the skill. If snap shotting is a thing, then the 20% remains until the skill is deactivated. If not, it ends after the buffer timer. In which case, it's a waste of time for me to do that at the beginning of a mission.

i use my 777 for them. i like the splash dmg and i rarely find it too punishing to stay in opp form for a little longer on them.

You can build 5x7 if you want but really there's just no point since the main things that want Amps are either pure damage with 1 prism and 7 scaffold like Eidolons or need to hit a lot of things with 4 Scaffold.

I frankly only use x7x for non-endurance Zariman missions outside of Eidolons because just placing a bomb as the Thrax converts is nice for setting and forgetting

Higher level stuff like endurance Cascade just doesn't get that luxury though

Looks pretty alright, you can switch flechette out for fire rate and make sure you're using damage types your lich is weak to if you aren't already, and it should be doing okay at least
