chemistry can also be increased through bounties, although at a slower rate
one or the other can be completely ignored if you don't want to interact with it

The Kim chats are the main way you gain Chemistry with them. You need to increase your Chemistry with all 6 members of the Hex in order to get to the max rank of the Hex syndicate and finish the 1999 story. Dating is optional, though. 32-64 runs is the range where 99% of people will get their item at the worst

meanwhile its likely, prob like 60-80% chance to get it in ~7runs

this is guessing cos i have no idea what the drop chance is for whatever item you're talking about

It's the conditionals that's the issue. It's fine if you play at a level where the 1s of time to ADS doesn't matter. But when you start to push into content that makes use of Shield Gating, the aiming kills you.

Also headshots in the game is wonky, especially that period of time where they released enemies with NO HEADS
