Bleed status from slash does not trigger dismemberment on it's own.

Amalgam Ripkas True Steel lets almost all attacks trigger dismemberment.

Ability strength effects the base damage of exalted weapons before mods, so negative strength is a terrible idea unless it's Khora, because Accumulating Whipclaw is a strength bonus that counters it.

Limbo is incompatible with the game as a whole currently. All he is capable of doing is to trolling any and all missions he is a part of. Frankly, he should be removed entirely until reworked. Other frames may need reworks to bring them up to usable power levels or fix awkward or outdated kits, but no other frame actively breaks the game simply by being present and using his kit.

Genuinely I love this game. The design of most things is amazing.

But without a doubt it has some of the worst boss design I have ever seen. They can make them actually difficult so they rely on clunky hit boxes fake health bars, annoying spawn mobs and constant, incessant knock backs.

The fact that I can type this in the middle of a boss fight because I'm simply fed up of trying to attack it but it also isn't designed to be able to kill anything speaks wonders.

The infected tank is the absolute perfect demonstration of everything you can ever do wrong in boss design. Infinitely spawning minions, spam CC, fake health bar, invulnerability healing stages and worst of all borderline fake weak points that don't react to certain attacks.

Mini rant done. Next time I'll bring a bow and basically 3 shot it when it's fake difficulty is countered.

Is there anywhere I can propose a suggestion for the game? Octavia has a white flash when you perform actions on-beat when her 3 is active that causes a few issues. It would be better for the flash to maybe use her secondary energy colour instead, since it causes a lot of screen flash when crouching, jumping, or attacking.

wyrm has the sub 3sec CD status/knockdown prevention (and can hit >1200 shields for firerate bond)
nautilus has the succ, good if you want some grouping/lazy melee in high density
diriga has the ez priming (and does elec without modding the weapon for archon stretch)
shade for perma stealth if playing nukers (abilities dont break stealth)

you can use coolant leak to prime with the bond, but the cooldown is longer than diriga

affinity split (depending on who/what gets the kill, determines how the xp is split):

• your warframe ability kill = 100% to frame
• your weapon kill = 50% frame / 50% weapon
• ally kill = 25% frame / 75% split equally between all your weapons

so 75% (1 wpn equipped) / 37.5%/37.5% (2 wpns equipped) / 25%/25%/25% (3 wpns equipped)
if your goal is to level a single weapon, only have that 1 weapon equipped and let your team mates get the kills, or try to get as many kills with just that weapon.
if you want to level your frame, try to nuke with it, or at worst get kills with your weapons.

As I'm going more into midgame with Archon hunts, Netracells, plat farming I started to look at meta-builds for weapons. A lot of them are a bit old and using viral + hunter's munitions combo. Is this combo still good after hp/armor rebalance? Or now something else is universally good?

in terms of being "universally good" anyway, but you may consider more factors even than just the weapon itself eg external priming, warframe and build being used, faction you are facing, weapon type etc
