Ashs 4 with the augment is bugged. It wont build counter while just using the 4 itself, in order to build ability counter, ash has to join into the storm himself, and even then only YOUR hits count towards it. Sometimes it goes back to how it was intended, but its very seldom. I love the retouch, but this bug, among a couple others, are kinda ruining my gameplay atm. Please fix when you guys are able to 🙏🏻
