It doesnt inherently scale off anything levelcap related, its just that I brought okinova personally to levelcap solo without issues cuz the nuke damage was more than enough to kill anything. I cant give you any numbers to prove my point so you just gonna have to believe it

First hit spreads around 2M but realistically youd be hitting enemies multiple times so that DoT ramps up to 20-30M which kills them in just two ticks
