Focus your crew when you're leveling intrinsics. They help out immensely as you can focus on maneuvering and taking out crew ships when necessary

When playing netracells and taking all 4 keys, should I rush to put in the keys to activate the circle or wait for the rest of the squad to get there before proceeding? I always assumed I should rush to get the circle started asap, but today someone got mad at me saying that I messed up the spawns. Is this true?

Whoever has the required keys activates the netra.
Also it only misses with the spawns if some members aren’t near/in the circle which should be fixed once all 4 are inside the circle so it’s temporary

It is not. The only Circuit missions that have failure states are Defense and Survival.
