Say, is Primary Merciless arcane a decent "slot in and forget" upgrade? An all-rounder of sorts for any primary so you can focus on other things like mods? Or are there any arcanes that are more noteable than it?

depends on the gun tbf. for rifles its good as a base dmg mod so that u can scale ur dmg more, but on a shotgun there are sometimes better options in shotgun vendetta or another arcane. overall tho its a nice arcane to slot on a primary if u just need a bit more dmg

and instead of junctions you need certain intrinsic levels
