Primary Exhilarate is bad? 3.6 energy/sec is middling

i mean, i think it depends on you mostly.
you can fight me over this but the arcane gives no benefit to the weapon its equipped on, and instead provides up to 3.6 E/sec if you can consistently apply impact procs. it has generated. . . very little critical acclaim, which is honestly fair, its practical applications are pretty limited and indirect.
plus, there are always other arcanes which can be used in the place of it which benefit a lot more and instead use archon shards||/energy siphon if needed|| if it comes down to it

you can also slap mods on your companion for energy so
